Dimensions and Weight
Name | Dimensions (H x W x D) | Weight |
---|---|---|
AC011E-01 | 310mm x 205mm x 92.4mm | 3.8kg (with plugs) |
Cable Connection
Note: Cable connection must be performed before charger installation. Recommended cable cross-section: 2.5mm².
- Remove the back cover of the charger. [Illustration: Screwdriver removing charger back cover]
- Thread the power cable through the designated opening. [Illustration: Cable being fed into the charger housing]
- Crimp the terminals onto the cable wires. Use appropriate torque: M3 terminals at 0.5±0.1 N·m, M5 terminals at 3±0.2 N·m. [Illustration: Crimping tool attaching terminals to wires, with torque specifications]
- Connect the prepared cable wires to the corresponding terminals inside the charger. [Illustration: Wires connected to internal terminals]
- Install the back cover securely. [Illustration: Back cover being reattached]
Wall-mounted Charger Installation
Preparation: Before drilling, check for hidden water or electrical wiring in the wall. Use a 6mm drill bit with a drilling depth of approximately 45mm. The wall mounting surface must support at least 4.5 times the charger's weight.
- Install the backplate onto the wall using tapping screws. [Illustration: Backplate being screwed to a wall]
- Install the socket-out. It is recommended to place it approximately 20cm to the right and below the charger. Site conditions may dictate the final placement. [Illustration: Socket-out mounted on the wall]
- Mount the charger onto the installed backplate using M4 screws, applying a torque of 1.2±0.1 N·m. [Illustration: Charger being attached to the backplate]
A diagram shows the final wall-mounted installation effect.
Pile-mounted Charger Installation (Optional)
Preparation: Use a 12mm drill bit with a drilling depth of approximately 85mm for pole mounting.
- Perform AC line installation on the pile. [Illustration: AC line connection on a pole]
- Install the charger components onto the pile after threading. [Illustration: Components being attached to a pole]
- Install the backplate and the socket-out onto the pile using M4 screws (torque 1.2±0.1 N·m). [Illustration: Backplate and socket-out mounted on a pole]
- Install the upper and lower hanging plates, then attach the charger to these plates. [Illustration: Charger mounted using hanging plates on a pole]
