INTEX® FIBER-TECH™™ DURA-BEAM™™ AIRBED OWNER'S MANUAL
Important Safety Instructions
Read and follow all instructions before using this product.
⚠ WARNING
- Never place an infant to sleep on air mattresses.
- Never introduce any flammable substance into the inflatable airbed, such as aerosol tire repair products, as it may ignite or explode.
- For domestic use only. Only for indoor use.
- This is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance/airbed.
- Do not walk, stand on, jump on, or use the airbed as a trampoline.
- Do not use on or near water. This is not a raft.
- Do not set up the bed near stairs, doors, sharp edges, or breakable objects. Provide adequate space between the bed and objects to avoid entrapment.
- Make sure the area is flat, smooth, even, and free of sharp objects that could puncture the bed.
- Keep pets away from the airbed. Pets may puncture the surface of the bed.
- Avoid sleeping on the edge of the airbed. Edges produce less support than the middle of the bed.
- Recommended working pressure: 0.025 bar (0.36 psi).
- Rated maximum weight capacity:
- Models 64101, 64701, 64707, 64731, 64732, 64756, 64757: 136 kg (300 Lb)
- Models 64102, 64103, 64702, 64703, 64708, 64709, 64733, 64734, 64735, 64736, 64755, 64758, 64759, 64765: 273 kg (600 Lb)
Follow these rules and all instructions to avoid suffocation, property damage, or other injury.
To Inflate
- Ensure the air pump inflation valve insert plug is properly positioned and the 2-in-1 exhaust valve cap is securely tightened.
- Pull the 2-in-1 valve cap to open.
- Insert the nozzle from an air pump into the 2-in-1 inflation valve.
- Inflate the product to approximately 80% of desired firmness.
- CAUTION: To prevent bursting, do not over-inflate or use a high-pressure air compressor.
- Close the 2-in-1 valve cap securely after inflation.

To Deflate
- Pull out the 2-in-1 valve cap.
- Pull the inflation valve base to release air.

Important Note
Proper inflation of the airbed is affected by ambient temperature.
- At low ambient temperatures, air contracts, making the airbed feel softer. Add air as necessary.
- At high ambient temperatures, air expands, making the airbed harder and potentially causing it to burst. Release air to avoid damage or soften the feel.
- Do not expose the airbed to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- Air inside the bed may expand and contract with temperature changes, leading to reduced pressure. If this occurs, add more air using the pump to achieve desired firmness.
- If a puncture occurs, refer to the included repair kit/patch instructions.
- Stretching is a natural characteristic of new vinyl. During initial use, the airbed may become soft and require additional inflation to maintain desired firmness. This is normal for the first few days of use.
- Dimensions shown are approximate and will vary due to vinyl and air temperature.
- Intex, its authorized agents, or employees are not liable for damages (such as pinholes) to the airbed caused by negligence, ordinary wear and tear, abuse, carelessness, or external forces.
Maintenance
- For cleaning, use only a mild soapy solution. Do not use any chemicals.
- For repairs, use only common PVC repair glue and patches.
Storage
- Make sure the airbed is completely deflated, clean, and dry.
- Lay the bed flat with the sleeping surface facing upwards. Follow the folding steps shown in Figures 1-5. Fold the airbed loosely, avoiding sharp bends, corners, and creases that could damage the airbed.
- Store in a safe, dry, and cool place when not in use.
