Product Overview

The Fischer Cantilever Arm FCA is a robust metal profile designed for mounting pipelines. It features a welded base plate for secure attachment to base materials. Visuals depict the arm installed with a refrigerant pipe clamp on a sliding element and supporting a heavy pipe on a cantilever.

For use in dry indoor areas. (FCA standard)
For indoor and outdoor application. (FCA hdg)
For indoor and outdoor application and in environments with high stress to components due to corrosion. (FCA A4)

The product is certified with R 120 and R 30 MLAR.

The base plate's long slots, which are at 90° to one another, allow for easy alignment.
The stamped serration/teeth in the channel provide a secure hold for sliding nuts under high shear loads, e.g., for vertical installation.

These curves are based on permissible steel strain (adm. = 160 N/mm²) and maximum deflection (L/150), considering the load capacity of the base plate. Fixings and screw fastenings must be calculated accordingly. The load curves are valid for all material thicknesses of the FCA brackets.
