Getting Started
Follow these simple steps to begin using your KIDYCAM:
- Peel Rubber: Gently peel off the rubber grip to access the device's compartments.
- Push and Slide: Push and slide the designated cover to open.
- Open Lid: Open the lid to reveal the card slot and other interfaces.
- Insert/Remove Card: Insert or remove the Micro-SD memory card as needed.
Charging the Camera
Use the provided USB-C cable to charge your KIDYCAM. Ensure the USB-C port is dry before charging. Do not use external heat sources or compressed air to dry the device.
Interface and Modes
Familiarize yourself with the camera's interface:
- Power Button: Turns the device on and off.
- Shutter Button: Takes pictures or starts/stops video recording.
- Navigation Buttons: Used for zooming, selecting filters, and navigating menus.
- Modes: Camera Mode, Video Mode, Gallery Mode, and Settings Mode are accessible.
Transferring Pictures
To transfer your photos and videos:
- Turn on the KIDYCAM and connect it to your computer using the original KIDYWOLF USB-C cable.
- On Apple devices, a KIDYWOLF icon will appear on your desktop. Open it, then the DCIM folder to find your pictures.
- On PC (Windows), open File Explorer, navigate to the KIDYWOLF folder, then the DCIM folder to access your media.
Warranty and Service
The KIDYWOLF KIDYCAM comes with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. The battery has a 6-month limited warranty. For warranty claims or service inquiries, please contact the point of sale where the product was purchased.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, commercial use, or attempts at repair by unauthorized personnel. Using the camera in saltwater will also void the warranty.
