Getting Started & Usage
Follow these steps to begin using your KIDYWOLF KIDYMICROSCOPE:
Preparation:
Prepare your specimen slide: Place a small sample on a blank slide, add a drop of water if necessary, and cover with a cover slip. Secure the prepared slide onto the microscope's stage using the clips.
Microscope Components & Operation:
- Eyecup: The part you look through to view the specimen.
- Focusing Wheel: Rotate this wheel to bring the specimen into sharp focus. Arrows indicate the direction of rotation for adjustment.
- Magnification Selector: A rotating ring around the objective lens assembly, marked with 50, 150, and 300. Turn this ring to select the desired magnification level.
- Switch: Located on the base of the microscope.
- Push 1X: Activates light from the base.
- Push 1X: Activates light from the top.
- Push 1X: Switches the light off.
- Battery Compartment: Located at the base, requires 2X AA batteries (not included).
Visual Guide: The product includes diagrams illustrating the preparation of slides and the operation of the microscope's focusing and magnification controls.
Warranty and Service
Warranty: A 2-year warranty is provided from the date of purchase, subject to proper use.
Service: The warranty covers only the KIDYMICROSCOPE itself and does not extend to other parts or accessories. Keep the product out of reach of children under 3 years.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:
- A. Artificial destruction, inappropriate use, or use for commercial purposes.
- B. Warranty has expired.
- C. Failure to present the warranty card.
- D. Warranty card content is inconsistent with the actual object, or is blurred and unrecognizable.
- E. Dirt and scratches on the product itself or its accessories.
- F. Repairs or modifications made by the user, or damage caused by natural disasters or external forces.
- G. Defects caused by misuse, negligent use, or abuse of the product.
- H. Damage caused by pressure, torsion, exposure to humidity, extreme temperatures, sudden temperature changes, corrosion, oxidation, or general chemical products/substances.
- I. Product used with water or in the rain.
