Instruction Manual ­ Diesel Heater Controller
Fuel Pump Prime Mode (Before First Use)
To prime the pump without running the heater: 1. Unplug the control panel. 2. While plugging the control panel back in, press and hold the Fuel Level Reset key. 3. After approximately 15 seconds, the screen will display the tank and pump icon. 4. Release the key. The pump will begin operating. 5. The system will automatically stop after 180 seconds.
Warning: Do not allow too much fuel to be pumped into the heater during this process.
Basic Operations
· Turn Heater ON/OFF: Press and hold the ON/OFF key to turn the heater on or off.
· Change Run Mode: Press the adjust knob to toggle between Manual Mode and Automatic Mode.
· Adjust Output Power or Temperature:

 In Manual Mode, turn the knob to adjust power output (displayed at the bottom of the screen).
 In Automatic Mode, turn the knob to set the target temperature (flashing on screen).

Remote Control Authorization
While the heater is ON: 1. Press and hold the SET and ON/OFF keys for more than 3 seconds until the display shows "En00". 2. Turn the knob to "En08". 3. Press and hold the adjust knob for more than 3 seconds until "P1" appears.
Pair the remote with the corresponding buttons: · P1 ­ "Up" button · P2 ­ "Down" button · P3 ­ "Mode" button · P4 ­ "ON/OFF" button

Bluetooth Password Setup
1. Open the AirHeaterBLE app and begin setup. 2. Turn on the heater. 3. Press and hold SET and ON/OFF for more than 3 seconds until "En00" appears. 4. Turn the knob to "bLE" to display the 4-digit password (default: 1234). 5. Press and hold the adjust knob for more than 3 seconds until the password blinks. 6. When "SUC" is displayed, the password has been successfully set.

· Reset Fuel Level: While ON, press and hold the Fuel Level Reset key for more than 7 seconds.
· Set Fuel Tank Capacity: 1. While ON, hold SET for more than 4 seconds until "F0" appears. 2. Turn the knob to "F6" and press to enter setup. 3. Adjust tank size between 5­50L in 5L steps. "--" disables this function. 4. Press the knob again to save. (Default: 10L)
· Set Fuel Pump Flow Rate: 1. While ON, hold SET for more than 4 seconds until "F0" appears. 2. Turn the knob to "F7", press to enter. 3. Adjust flow rate (16, 22, 28, or 32). 4. Press the knob again to save and exit.

Time and Timer Settings 1. While ON, hold SET for more than 4 seconds until "F0" is shown. 2. Turn the knob to cycle between the following:  F0 ­ Local Time  F1 ­ Appointment Time  F2 ­ Running Time  F3 ­ Timer ON/OFF
To configure a setting: · Select the option and press the knob to enter edit mode. · Adjust the time (0.5 to 10 hours, in 0.5-hour steps). · "t­OF" = Timer OFF "t­ON" = Timer ON · Press the ON/OFF key to exit edit mode.

Intelligent Start-Stop Mode 1. While ON, hold SET for more than 4 seconds until "F0" is displayed. 2. Turn the knob to "F9", press the knob to enter. 3. Toggle between:  AUon ­ Enable Intelligent Start-Stop Mode  AUoF ­ Disable Intelligent Start-Stop Mode 4. Press the knob again to save and exit.
Language Setting 1. While ON, hold SET for more than 4 seconds until "F0" is displayed. 2. Turn the knob to "F4", press the knob. 3. Select your language:  C ­ Chinese  E ­ English  R ­ Russian  -- ­ Disable 4. Press the knob to save.

Error Codes
· E01 ­ Startup Failure: Check the fuel line from the nozzle to the engine for blockages. May occur if the heater was not primed properly.
· E02 ­ Lack of Fuel: Check the fuel tank and refill if empty.
· E03 ­ Supply Voltage Error: Check the power source. Use a 110V adapter if necessary.
· E04 ­ Outlet Sensor Fault: Check sensor connection. Replace if necessary.
· E05 ­ Inlet Sensor Fault: Check sensor connection. Replace if necessary.
· E06 ­ Pulse Pump Fault: Check pump connection. Replace if necessary.
· E07 ­ Fan Fault: Check fan connection. Replace if necessary.
· E08 ­ Ignition Unit Fault: Check ignition connection. Replace if necessary.
· E09 ­ Overheating: Check for blockages at the air inlet and outlet.
