Functional Operation Instructions
Button Operation Instructions
- [Light Button]: Long press to turn on/off the light. Short press to switch light modes (lighting, SOS, flashing).
- [Unit Switch Button]: Short press to switch air pressure units (BAR/KPA/PSI).
- [Mode Switch Button]: Short press to switch inflation modes. Short press during inflation to stop.
- [Power/Inflation Start Button]: Short press to turn on/off. Long press to start inflation. Short press during inflation to stop.
- [Preset Air Pressure Minus Button]: Short press to decrease preset pressure by 1 unit. Long press for fast decrement.
- [Preset Air Pressure Plus Button]: Short press to increase preset pressure by 1 unit. Long press for fast increment.
How to Charge the Air Pump
Insert the charging cable into the Type-C input port (⑧) and connect to a charger (5V/2A or higher). The "IN" icon will be on, and the power indicator will flash. Charging is complete when the indicator stops flashing and all battery level icons are lit.
How to Charge Digital Products
Short press the [Power/Inflation Start Button] to turn on the device. Insert the USB charging cable into the USB output port (⑦) to charge devices like mobile phones, PSP, MP3/MP4, and tablets. The remaining battery level is displayed.
How to Turn on the LED Lighting
Short press the [Power/Inflation Start Button] to turn on the device. Long press the [Light Button] to turn on the light. Short press the [Light Button] to cycle through lighting modes (continuous, SOS, flashing). Long press the [Light Button] again to turn off the light.
How to Check Tire Pressure
- Short press the [Power/Inflation Start Button] to turn on the machine. The preset value is displayed for 5 seconds, then the real-time tire pressure is shown.
- Connect the air tube quick connector to the tire air nozzle, ensuring it is fully pressed and tightened.
- The pressure displayed on the screen is the current tire pressure.
How to Inflate a Tire
Ensure the battery level is above 3 bars before inflating.
- Connect the air pipe to the machine's interface and tighten to prevent air leaks.
- Connect the air pipe nozzle to the tire.
- Short press the [Power/Inflation Start Button] to turn on the machine.
- Press the [Mode Switch Button] to select the desired inflation mode (Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Basketball, Custom). The last used settings are memorized.
- Use the [+] and [-] buttons ([Preset Air Pressure Plus Button] and [Preset Air Pressure Minus Button]) to adjust the preset air pressure. Short press to adjust by 1 PSI/0.1 BAR/10 KPA; long press for faster adjustment.
- Long press the [Power/Inflation Start Button] to begin inflation. The device will stop automatically when the preset pressure is reached. It will not inflate if the current pressure is already higher than the set value. Pressing the [Mode Switch Button] or [Power/Inflation Start Button] during inflation will stop the process.
- After inflation, carefully remove the air tube (it may be hot). The machine will automatically shut down after approximately 20 seconds of inactivity.
Display Error Code Description
- E1: Charging low temperature protection. Charging stops and resumes when temperature rises above 2°C.
- E2: Charging high temperature protection. Charging stops and resumes when temperature drops below 45°C.
- E3: Discharging high temperature protection. Discharging stops and resumes when temperature drops below 65°C.
- E7: Cylinder over-temperature protection (110°C). Protection releases when temperature drops below 70°C. Wait 10 minutes after protection release before next inflation.
Precautions
- Slight heating during use or charging is normal.
- Ensure good ventilation and do not block heat dissipation holes.
- Do not use in humid, wet, easily dropped, vibrating, corrosive, dusty, or chemically hazardous environments.
- Avoid use near flammable/explosive materials or high-temperature heat sources.
- Confirm the maximum pressure capacity of the item being inflated to avoid over-pressurization.
- Do not fold the inflation tube to ensure unobstructed airflow.
- The operator should remain near the pump during use.
- Limit continuous inflation/recharging time to 10 minutes, followed by a 10-minute cool-down period if needed.
- The hose connection may become hot after inflation; allow it to cool before disconnecting.
- For long-term storage, maintain a partial battery charge and recharge at least every three months.
- Store in a safe place, out of reach of children. This is not a toy.
- Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning.
- Do not disassemble the unit; refer to qualified personnel for repairs.
- Dispose of batteries responsibly and protect the environment.
