The ASPERX AX160 Air Compressor features the following components:

The package includes accessories for charging and connecting to devices. The device supports 5V/2.4A USB Output.

Operation Instructions

Battery Power: Press the power button to check the battery power. The battery icon will blink one by one during the period of charging. Different bars of battery icon show different battery power; the battery icon becomes 4 bars when the charging process is finished.

How to Charge the AX160: This unit can be charged with the type-c cable and wall charger (wall charger not included).

KEY POINTS

BUTTONS AND DISPLAY SCREEN

The device features a display with indicators for electrical configuration, preset tire pressure value, units (BAR, PSI & KPA), static air pressure value, and icons for different inflatable items (cars, SUVs, basketballs, bicycles). The electric quantity is displayed on a bar.

Operation:

  1. Long press the "power" button for 2 seconds to display information on the electrical configuration, preset tire pressure value, units, static air pressure value, or icons. The battery level is shown on the bar.
  2. Short press the lighting button to turn on the LED light (white light stays on). Press the switch button again for white light flashing mode. Press again to turn off the light.
  3. After the load is removed, the product automatically enters dormant mode after 30 seconds.
  4. When the product is in standby or working normally, press the "Set" key to enter the inflating pump editing mode. The SUV icon will display. You can adjust the pressure value using the "+" "-" keys or change the unit (KPA, BAR or PSI) by long pressing the "Set" key. Short press "Set" to switch between items to be inflated until the car icon displays. Adjust pressure or switch units as needed. Short press "Set" until the bicycle icon and preset PSI are displayed. Press "Set" again to adjust air pressure, or long press to switch units. Press "Set" again to display the basketball icon and preset PSI. Adjust air pressure using "+" and "-". Long press "Set" to switch units between KPA, BAR, and PSI in free mode.
  5. When choosing modes for SUVs, cars, bicycles, or basketballs, icon 4 will display the preset tire pressure value. Note that these are reference values; adjust according to the actual situation.

How to Turn On/Off the LED Flashlight

Long press the light switch button to turn on the LED light. The white light will stay on. Press the switch button again for white light flashing mode, and press again to turn off the light.

How to Turn this unit on and off

Press and hold the power button for two seconds to turn on the device. Press and hold the power button again for two seconds to turn off the device. The device will automatically shut down in 30 seconds if not in use.

FAQ

Q1: What is the operating temperature of this unit and how to store it?
A: This unit is a lithium polymer battery. Operating temperature is -20-60 °C/ -4-140°F. If the ambient temperature is higher than 60°C/140°F, the internal construction of the battery cells may be damaged, it may swell and become unsafe. So, do not store the device in a vehicle parked in hot weather for long periods of time.
Q2: What should I do if this unit can't charge up?
A: Charge it with a USB-C cable and wall charger for a full overnight period. If it still does not work, contact support@asperx.com (Attach your order ID).
Q3: What should I do if this unit can't charge other devices?
A: Try to charge the device with another charging cable. If it works, the provided charging cable is defective, and a new one will be provided. If it still does not work, please email support@asperx.com (Attach your order ID).
Q4: Can this unit charge other devices while it is being charged?
A: Yes.
Q5: How often does this unit need to be recharged?
A: It would be best to recharge it every 3 months.
Q6: Why it shuts off in 30s when charging other devices?
A: This unit may shut off automatically when charging devices that need light charging current, such as headphones or smartwatches. Since there is a minimum load current limitation (200mA) on this unit, it will automatically turn off after 30s if the load current is less than 200mA.

WARNING

To protect the motor, when the temperature of the electric core is higher than 55 °C, it will stop working, and when the temperature drops to 45 °C, it will restart working. The Air Inflator's air hose may get very hot after inflating. To prevent injuries, exercise caution when disconnecting it from a valve.

  3. Do not allow people who do not have proper knowledge or ability to operate the device without supervision.
  4. Do not use this unit as a toy. Keep it away from children to avoid accidents.
  5. Do not use this unit if any cable, clamp, or cord is damaged.
  6. Do not over-discharge the unit (do not let the battery run out); charge it regularly. It would be best to recharge it every 3 months.
  7. Do not operate this product in an explosive environment, such as a place where flammable liquid, gas, or dust exists.
  8. Do not let the product be immersed in water.
  9. Do not modify or disassemble this machine. Only service technicians can repair this equipment.
  10. Do not expose the product to extreme heat or fire.
  11. Do not drop or squeeze the device. If the device is hit hard or damaged in any other way, it should be inspected by a qualified battery technician.
  12. Do not store in places where the temperature may exceed 60°C/140°F.
  13. Only charge at an ambient temperature of -10~45°C/14~113°F.
  14. Under extreme conditions, the battery may leak. If there is a liquid leak from the device, do not handle it with bare hands. If there is skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid accidentally touches the eyes, immediately rinse the eyes with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical help.
  15. The device contains a lithium battery. At the end of the product's service life, or if the device leaks liquid, dispose of the device according to local regulations.
