Safety & Warnings

• Read all safety notes and instructions before first use even if you are familiar with this product. Retain this user guide for future reference.
• Use the product only as described in this user guide.
• Do not skip, substitute or modify any steps or procedures in this guide, as doing so could result in personal injury or product damage.
• To reduce potential fire risks, electric shock or injury, always observe the basic safety prevention measures during use, including but not limited to the following:
• When cleaning and maintaining the machine, ensure that the appliance has been disconnected from the power supply.
• The power cord cannot be replaced. If the power cord shows any signs of damage, cease use immediately and contact help.Kogan.com for support.
• Fully charge the battery before first use, when using a new battery or after long-term storage.
• Ensure the battery is charged and discharged at least every three months if the vacuum cleaner is not being used.
• Only use the original battery supplied by Kogan.com. Do not use third party batteries.
• Safely recycle batteries in accordance with the guidelines set out by your local environmental authority.
• If the battery has any malfunction or abnormality, cease use immediately and contact help.Kogan.com for support. Do not disassemble the appliance by yourself.
• This product is not intended for use by persons (including children over 8 years old) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way by the person responsible for their safety, and understand the hazards involved.
• Children over 8 years old must only use this appliance under the supervision of their guardians.
• Do not allow children under 8 years old to operate or play with this appliance.
• During operation or when performing maintenance, children under 8 years old should be kept away from the appliance.
• Avoid sucking in any burning or smoking garbage, such as cigarette ends, matches, soot and other objects.
• Do not use this appliance to vacuum sharp objects such as glass, needles and other items.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner to clean flammable substances or liquids, such as gasoline or places where there may be gasoline, kerosene, paint, alcohol, detergent, etc.
• This vacuum cleaner is not suitable for cleaning water or other liquids. Do not vacuum water or wet debris.
• Do not pour or spill water or other liquids onto the vacuum cleaner.
• Keep this appliance away from hot surfaces or sources of heat.
• Do not block the extension tube or floor brush. Keep them away from lint, hair and other objects that may cause a blockage and frequently clean the appliance.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner before installing the assembled filter and floor brush roller.
• Do not use or store the vacuum cleaner outdoors.
• Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool, dry place.
• Do not expose the vacuum cleaner to sunlight for an extended period.
• To clean the vacuum cleaner, use a dry cloth to wipe it. Do not use gasoline or other cleaners that may crack or fade the product casing.
• Do not allow the charging contacts to meet any conductive materials to prevent battery short circuits, which may cause liquid leakage, heating, rupture or fire.
• Charge the battery using only the power adapter that was supplied with this appliance.
• Do not plug or unplug the power adapter with wet hands.
• To avoid electric shock, leakage and fire, always unplug the power adapter immediately after the battery has been fully charged.
• Ensure the power adapter is fully plugged into the electrical outlet.
• When disconnecting never pull the power cord. Instead grasp the plug with your hand.
• To avoid potential damage, do not bend, pull or twist the power cord. Damaged wires can cause electric shock and fire.
• During operation, do not touch the inhalation port or extend your fingers into it. Do not aim the inhalation port at your eyes, ears, mouth, nose, fingers or other body parts.
• Do not block the suction port for a long time, as overheating can cause deformation, malfunction and fire of the body.
• Do not block the exhaust port.
• To avoid potential damage, do not expose this product to sources of heat.
• To avoid potential electric shock or malfunctions, never use wet filters or HEPA filters.
• After removing the filters, reassemble the vacuum to avoid dirt and debris entering the internals. Never operate the appliance without filters installed.
• To avoid potential motor failure, ensure the filters are cleaning regularly.
• If there is dust and moisture accumulation, it will increase the current flow and cause a fire.
• Using this product on waxed floors may cause damage to the floors.

Battery Safety

• Do not disassemble or modify this product or its battery in any way.
• Do not expose the battery to strong impact.
• Do not throw the battery into fire or expose it to sources of heat.
• Before disposing of this product ensure the battery is removed and disposed of in accordance with your local environmental authority.
• Ensure the appliance is powered off before removing the battery.

Assembly

Extension Tube

1. Insert the extension tube into the main body.
2. Press the release button to remove the extension tube.

Floor Brush

1. Insert the floor brush into the extension tube.
2. Press the release button to remove the floor brush.

Removing the Roller

Press the release button and pull the roller away from the floor brush.

Dust Cup and Filter

1. With the vacuum off, press the dust cup cover release button to empty out the dirt.
2. Press the dust cup release button and the dust cup will automatically spring forward.
3. Pull the dust cup away from the vacuum main body.
4. Remove the HEPA and filter sponge.
5. Lift the handle and remove the filter cone.
6. Rotate and take out the outlet HEPA filter.

7. To reassemble, follow steps 1-6 in reverse.

Battery

1. Press the battery release button to remove the battery.
2. Slide the battery into the slot until it 'clicks' into place.

Operation

Charging

Place the vacuum on the dock.

Power On/Off

• Press the switch button and then the vacuum will start to work.
• Press the switch button again and then the vacuum will stop working.

Suction Control

• Use the 'Suction Control' button to cycle through the 4 different modes (low, normal, high and Auto). The default mode is normal.
• Decreased Suction Speed: When the floor has minimal dirt, utilizing the low suction speed not only reduces noise but also extends the battery life of the vacuum.
• Increased Suction Speed: In instances of heavy dirt or challenging cleaning tasks, utilizing the high suction speed enhances cleaning efficiency, ensuring optimal performance. Note: Using the high-speed setting may result in increased noise levels and slightly reduced battery life compared to lower speed settings.

Fault Indicators

• Roller Blockage: When the roller brush is blocked, the 'Roller Brush Blockage' indicator will flash red and the floor brush will stop running. After removing dust or dirt, restart the machine to operate normally.
• Air Duct Blockage: When the vacuum is blocked by dirt and cannot operate normally, the 'Air Duct Blockage' indicator will flash red. After removing dust or dirt, restart the machine to operate normally.
• Dust Full: When the dust collection station is full, the 'Dust Full' indicator flashes red. Please clean the dust in time.
• Dust Bag Missing: When the dust bag is not properly installed, the 'Dust Bag Missing' reminder flashes red. Insert the dust bag into the dust bag holder correctly.

Emptying the Dust Cup

• Automatic Empty: With the dust collection base station powered on and the power switch is turned on. Place the vacuum on the charging dock. The base station will run 3 times at high speed to automatically clean the dust inside the vacuum cleaner dust cup.
• Manual Empty: Press the dust cup release button and empty the contents into a bin.

Removing the Dust Bag

1. Open and remove station rear cover.
2. Press the dust bag rack button to release it.

Replacing the Dust Bag

1. Insert the dust bag into the dust bag rack ensuring it is properly seated.
2. Push the dust bag rack upward until the dust bag rack is closed (it will 'click' when closed properly).
3. Close the dock rear cover.

Emptying the Dust Bags

Remove the dust bag from the main body of the dock and pour out the debris.

1. Clean the dust bag when the dust reaches the 'MAX' level.
2. Even if the dust level does not reach 'MAX' level, clean the dust bag every 3 -5 days.

Battery Indicator

1. When the battery power is below 10%, the battery indicator light will flash, indicating that the machine's battery power is low.
2. When the battery power reaches 100%, it is fully charged.

Cleaning & Care

Cleaning the Filter Assembly

1. Dust cup: Use a brush to remove dust or wipe with a dry cloth.
2. Steel filter: Use a brush to remove dust or wipe with a dry cloth. If it is too dirty, please clean and dry in the sun.
3. HEPA filter: Clean HEPA once a week. If it is too dirty, please replace it in a timely manner.

• It is recommended to clean the HEPA filter screen once a week to achieve better cleaning efficiency.
• Ensure that the filter is dried for at least 24 hours before use.

Roller

• Remove the roller and use cleaning tools to remove hair and other dirt tangled around the roller brush.
• If the roller is too dirty, clean it and dry it completely in a well-ventilated area under sunlight for at least 24 hours.

Storage

Place the vacuum on the dock and place the accessories into the left and right slots of the dock.
