Parts List

The PowerXL Multi-Cooker includes the following parts:

  • 1. Base Unit: Robust and stable construction, primarily made of steel. Easy to clean with a damp sponge or cloth and mild soapy water. Never immerse the base unit or the air fryer lid in water or other liquids.
  • 2. Air Fryer Lid: Used for air frying cooking modes.
  • 3. Air Inlet Valve
  • 4. Lid Handle: Always hold the lid by the handle. The lid can get very hot during cooking.
  • 5. Control Panel: Used to set cooking time and temperature.
  • 6. Rotary Knob
  • 7. Power Cord
  • 8. Air Outlet Valve
  • 9. Inner Pot
  • 10. Glass Lid
  • 11. Grill Plate: Can be used for air frying to circulate air, or for steaming to keep food above liquid. Can be preheated for grilling meats and vegetables.

Important Safety Information

WARNING: Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances.

  • Read the manual carefully to avoid injuries.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if supervised or instructed on safe use and understanding the hazards. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance by users must not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep children younger than 8 away from the appliance and its cord.
  • Always place the appliance on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Never operate on an unstable surface.
  • Never place the base unit near hot gas sources or electric burners, or inside a heated oven.
  • Ensure adequate space and ventilation to prevent damage from excessive steam.
  • Do not operate near flammable materials like tablecloths, paper towels, curtains, or paper plates.
  • Ensure the power cord does not hang over the edge of tables or kitchen counters, or come into contact with hot surfaces.
  • Be cautious when moving the inner pot during or after cooking. Always use oven mitts when handling the hot inner pot.
  • The appliance generates heat and steam during operation. Never touch hot surfaces. Take necessary safety precautions to avoid personal injury and property damage.
  • Use the appliance only for its intended purpose.
  • Do not fill the inner pot beyond two-thirds of its capacity, as food may expand and overflow.
  • Do not use accessories not explicitly recommended by the manufacturer.
  • The appliance is equipped with a short power cord to reduce the risk of entanglement or tripping.
  • Never connect the cord to an outlet located under a kitchen counter. A dangling cord poses a hazard.
  • Never cover the steam vent or the ventilation openings at the back of the appliance.
  • Never use the appliance outdoors.
  • Never use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged. If the appliance malfunctions, unplug it immediately.
  • Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Contact customer service.
  • Unplug the appliance when not in use or before cleaning. Allow it to cool completely before removing or inserting parts.
  • Never immerse the base unit or the air fryer lid in water or other liquids. If the appliance falls into water, unplug it immediately. Do not reach into the water if the plugged-in appliance falls in.
  • Use only manufacturer-recommended spare parts to reduce the risk of burns.
  • Never place the cooking pot or inner pot without contents on a heated plate, as this may damage the inner pot.
  • Never place the inner pot in a microwave or conventional oven.
  • Never leave the appliance or inner pot unattended.
  • Always supervise children when they are near cooking pots and utensils.
  • Do not use cooking pots and utensils without oven mitts or kitchen towels, especially when using the inner pot. Always use oven mitts as the inner pot handles get very hot.
  • Be careful when using the glass lid. It can crack if exposed to sudden temperature changes or if dropped.
  • Do not use the glass lid if it is cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way.
  • Do not attempt to repair damaged cookware.
  • This product is for household use only, not for commercial use or camping.
  • Never use cooking sprays containing aerosols, as they can build up on the cooking surfaces and reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick coating.
  • This appliance is not suitable for deep frying. Handle with care when moving it if it contains hot liquid or oil.
  • Use only supplied accessories and parts to avoid damaging the appliance.
  • Do not place or empty food or liquids directly into the base unit.
  • Do not place metal objects on or in the base unit, as metal can activate the induction plates. Do not touch hot surfaces.
  • Always use handles and knobs.
  • Risk of electric shock. Cook only in removable pots. Always use the base unit with the inner pot inserted.
  • To turn off the appliance, switch it off using the appropriate switch and then unplug it from the socket.
  • Do not place oversized food or metal utensils/containers in the appliance, as they may increase the risk of fire or electric shock.
  • Fire may occur if the appliance is covered with flammable material while in operation.
  • Never clean the appliance with a metal scouring pad.
  • Exercise extreme caution when using utensils made of materials other than metal or glass.
  • Do not place paper, cardboard, plastic, or similar materials on or in the appliance.
  • Store accessories in the appliance only when not in use.
  • Press the "Cancel" button to turn off the appliance.
  • Spilled food can cause severe burns.
  • Keep the power cord out of reach of children.
  • Never use an extension cord.
  • Consult the countertop manufacturer's recommendations before placing the appliance on a countertop. Use a trivet or other heat protection if unsure.
  • The appliance must not be operated by an external timer or remote control.

  • Do not leave the cable hanging over sharp edges. Do not use any socket located under the work surface.
  • Do not let the plug get wet.
  • The heating element surface remains hot after use. Ensure the appliance is cooled and unplugged before cleaning.
  • Overheat Protection: If the internal temperature control system fails, overheat protection will activate. Unplug the appliance immediately and allow it to cool before reuse or storage.
  • Power Supply: Connect the appliance to a dedicated and suitable socket. Avoid overloading sockets by connecting multiple appliances.

Operating Instructions

Using the Digital Control Panel (#4)

Getting Started: Plug the power cord into the wall socket. The digital LED display will light up and show "---".

  1. Selecting a Preset Cooking Mode: Choose from 12 preset modes: Air Fry, Slow Cook, Steam, Sauté, Grill, Bake, Roast, Rice, Simmer, Sous Vide, Fry, and Keep Warm. Rotate the rotary knob (A) to select a mode. The selected mode will activate the digital LED display (B). Press Start to begin the cooking process, showing the preset time and temperature.
  2. Timer Button: Adjust cooking time for specific functions. Press the Timer button and rotate the knob to set the desired time. Time can be modified during cooking.
  3. Temperature Button: Adjust cooking temperature for specific functions. Press the Temperature button and rotate the knob to set the desired temperature. Temperature can be modified during cooking.
  4. Delay Start: Many presets have a delay start function to begin cooking at a later time.
  5. Start Button: Press to begin the cooking process.
  6. Cancel Button: Immediately interrupts the cooking process.
  7. Keep Warm Function: Most presets keep food warm until serving. Set the keep warm time by pressing the Keep Warm button and rotating the knob.

Cooking Mode Explanations

Rice (rizs)Glass LidWhen "Rice" is preset, a rotating symbol appears. The timer does not function in "Rice" preset as cooking time varies with rice quantity. The appliance switches to Keep Warm mode after the cooking cycle.
Simmer (pörkölt készítés)Glass LidGently simmers food at low temperatures, below boiling point.
Sous Vide (sous-vide, főzés vákuumzacskóban)Glass LidTemperature-controlled water cooking.

First Use Preparation

  1. Read the entire manual, warning stickers, and labels.
  2. Remove all packaging materials, labels, stickers, and protective films. Do not remove the appliance's rating plate.
  3. Rinse the inner pot with warm water and mild dish soap. Note: Only the inner pot and glass lid are dishwasher safe. Never immerse the base unit in water or put it in the dishwasher.
  4. Clean the base unit inside and out with a clean, damp cloth.
  5. Before first use, heat the appliance for a few minutes to burn off the manufacturer's protective oil film. Wipe the appliance with warm soapy water and dry with a kitchen towel after the burn-off cycle.

  2. Select the cooking mode appropriate for your recipe.

Recommendations and Tips

Proper Cooking Utensils: To avoid scratching the non-stick coating, use only non-metallic cooking utensils inside the appliance and its accessories. Do not cut or process food in the appliance with sharp cutting tools like forks, knives, mashers, or whisks.

  • Can I use any type of pot in the appliance? No, only the inner pot supplied with the appliance can be used.
  • Does the appliance get hot during cooking? Yes, the appliance heats up during cooking and remains hot for a while after use until it cools down. Avoid touching hot surfaces with bare hands during and after use. Always use oven mitts or kitchen towels when handling the appliance or its parts.

Cleaning and Storage

Simple Maintenance

BEFORE CLEANING, LET THE APPLIANCE COOL DOWN AND UNPLUG IT FROM THE WALL SOCKET.

  • Allow the inner pot to cool completely before washing. Never immerse a hot cooking pot in water, as it may deform permanently.
  • Clean the inner pot with warm water and mild dish soap or detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a kitchen towel. If food residue remains, fill the pot with hot water and liquid detergent, let it soak until the water is lukewarm, then remove residue with a sponge or soft cloth.
  • Do not use steel wool or metallic cloths, as they can permanently scratch the coating.
  • Wipe the appliance housing with a damp cloth and dry with a clean, dry cloth. Never immerse the main part of the appliance in water for cleaning.
  • For protection against electric shock, never immerse the main parts of the appliance, the cord, or the plug in water or other liquids.
  • Ensure the appliance is properly cleaned before storing it in a dry place.

Removing Stubborn Residue

If food burns onto the cooking surface, stubborn black residue may remain. If residue cannot be removed by normal cleaning, soak in hot water with a small amount of non-citrus dish soap for 15 minutes. Rinse and remove residue with a plastic spatula or non-abrasive sponge. Repeat if necessary.

Dishwasher Safe

Only the inner pot and glass lid are dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended to prolong their lifespan. When using a dishwasher:

  • Handle cookware carefully to avoid scratches from other items.
  • Remove coarse food debris before placing in the dishwasher.
  • Use a detergent without citrus extract.
  • Regular dishwasher cleaning may cause surface scratching.
  • Never use mineral spirits for cleaning, as it may damage the exterior casing and display.
  • Do not use or store flammable, acidic, or alkaline materials or substances near the appliance.
  • Do not stack heavy objects on the appliance.
  • Never immerse the appliance or cord in water or other liquids.
