Introduction and Applications

Standardized centrifugal pumps equipped with a support structure and built according to EN733 standard. Designed to transfer clean water free from abrasive particles and liquids that will not damage the pump's components.

Performance Range and Limits

Performance Range:

Flow rate up to 5750 l/min (345 m³/h)
Head up to 98 m

Application Limits:

Manometric suction head up to 7 m
Liquid temperature between -10 °C and +90 °C
Maximum pressure in the pump body 10 bar (PN10)

Handling of liquids with higher or lower temperatures

Performance Curves

The performance curves illustrate the relationship between Head (H) in meters and Flow Rate (Q) in liters per minute (l/min) and cubic meters per hour (m³/h). Different shaded regions on the graph represent the performance envelopes for specific pump models within the FG2 and FG4 series. These curves are generated at specific rotational speeds (2900 min⁻¹ and 1450 min⁻¹ respectively) and are crucial for selecting the appropriate pump for a given application. The curves also indicate the MEI ≥ 0.40 line, denoting pumps that meet minimum energy efficiency standards.
