Introduction and Overview
JSW self-priming pumps are designed for drawing water and liquids containing air. They are reliable, easy to operate, and suitable for domestic use, water distribution with small to medium-sized pressure tanks, and irrigation.

Materials and Components
An exploded view illustrates the various components of the JSW pumps:
- 1. Pump body: Cast iron with cataphoretic treatment, ISO 228/1 threaded ports.
- 2. Cover: Stainless steel AISI 304.
- 3. Ejector unit: Noryl™.
- 4. Impeller: Stainless steel AISI 304.
- 5. Mechanical seal: For JSW1, AR-12 seal with Ø 12 mm shaft (Ceramic/Graphite/NBR). For JSW2, AR-14 seal with Ø 14 mm shaft (Ceramic/Graphite/NBR).
- 6. Motor shaft: Stainless steel AISI 431.
- 7. Electric motor: Single-phase 230V-50Hz (JSWm) or three-phase 230/400V-50Hz (JSW). Motors are high-efficiency (IE2 for single-phase, IE3 for three-phase), with continuous running duty S1, CLASS F insulation, and IP X4 protection rating.
