The mark "1M" should be situated 1000 mm above floor level.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Prepare Cistern Components
Diagram 1 shows the internal components of the Cersanit cistern, including the fill valve, flush valve, and sealing mechanisms. Diagram 2 illustrates the necessary sealing rings and connection parts for assembly.
Step 2: Assemble Cistern Mechanism
Diagram 3 depicts the process of inserting the assembled cistern mechanism into the main cistern body, ensuring all seals are correctly placed.
Step 3: Mount In-Wall Frame
Diagram 4 illustrates the installation of the Cersanit in-wall frame. Sub-diagram 4a shows how to adjust the frame's depth for wall mounting. Sub-diagram 4b demonstrates fixing the frame to the wall using appropriate fasteners, ensuring it is level and stable.
Step 4: Position and Secure Frame
Diagram 5 shows the in-wall frame in its final mounted position, ready for cistern installation.
Step 5: Connect Water Supply
Diagram 6 details the connection of the water supply inlet to the cistern system, typically involving a flexible hose and shut-off valve.
Step 6: Connect Waste and Outlet Pipes
Diagram 7 shows the connection of the waste pipe from the toilet bowl to the cistern's outlet. Diagram 8 illustrates attaching the cistern itself to the mounted in-wall frame. Diagram 9 shows the connection of the flush pipe from the cistern to the toilet bowl. Diagram 10 details the waste pipe connection.
Step 7: Final Cistern Securing
Diagram 11 shows the cistern fully secured within the in-wall frame, ensuring it is stable and correctly aligned.
Step 8: Connect Toilet Bowl
Diagram 12 illustrates the process of connecting the toilet bowl to the installed cistern system, typically via the waste pipe and a mounting bracket.
Step 9: Install Flush Plate
Diagram 13 shows the installation of the flush plate mechanism, including its connection to the cistern's flush valve. Diagram 14 indicates the ON and OFF positions for the flush control.
Step 10: Final System Check
Diagram 15 provides an overview of the fully installed Cersanit Link Pro in-wall cistern system, ready for use.
