As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Project Management Assistant Officer (AMOA) to strengthen our IT team in Clermont-Ferrand. Missions
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the following missions:
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements within an ERP (Microsoft Business Central) context, AI, e-commerce, and BI, orchestrated by an ETL.
- Scope projects and support business teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Serve as the interface between users, the internal IT team, and external providers.
- Track planning, milestones, deliverables, tests, and training.
- Lead the project closure phase (ROI, post-mortem, indicators, documentation).
Profile
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central is a plus).
- Proficiency in logistics, financial flows, and retail processes.
- Good command of BI and reporting tools (Power BI appreciated).
- Proficiency in Excel / Office 365, with an affinity for digital tools.
Soft Skills:
- Autonomy, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to simplify technical subjects for business stakeholders.
Languages:
- Fluent English is mandatory (for the group's international context).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/5) in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in AMOA, ideally within the retail, e-commerce, or consulting sectors.
