Babymoov Internship: Business Law Counsel Role

Missions

Within the Administrative and Financial Department, you will participate in the activities of the group's legal department, carrying out various missions, including:

• Conducting legal research and drafting notes across all areas of business law (Intellectual Property, distribution, competition, consumer, commercial, etc.).
• Drafting contracts (service providers, partners, suppliers, distributors, etc.).
• Participating in the group's IP and know-how protection strategy, including managing the rights portfolio, combating counterfeiting, and overseeing IP projects internally and with partners.
• Providing pragmatic legal support to headquarters teams (Customer Service, Sales, Communications, Product Development, etc.) and subsidiaries (requiring English proficiency).
• Managing and monitoring litigation.
• Ensuring group compliance and GDPR monitoring.

These activities will be performed within an international environment.

Profile

We are seeking a candidate with a Bac +4/5 level education in business law for a 6-month end-of-studies internship to apply their legal knowledge. The ideal candidate should possess:
