Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Adjust the Length of the Horizontal Bar
Before installing, measure the distance of the installation position and ensure the bar meets the safety distance requirement. Place the bar on a flat, stable surface. Hold the middle pole (marked with a dotted line) and rotate it in the indicated direction. Ensure the extension rods on both sides do not rotate. Adjust the length to be slightly smaller than the required installation size.
[Diagram Description: The central pole is shown with a dotted line, indicating rotation for length adjustment. Arrows show extension rods on the sides should not rotate.]
Step 2: Position the Horizontal Bar Between the Wall or Door Frame
Place the bar between the chosen wall or door frame. Extend the bar to match the installation position size, ensuring it fits securely. Adjust its horizontal alignment. For safety, the bar must be installed level and horizontal; installing at an angle increases the risk of falling.
[Diagram Description: The pull-up bar is shown being placed and extended between two vertical surfaces representing a door frame or wall.]
Step 3: Fasten the Horizontal Bar
Once adjusted and positioned, hold the middle pole with both hands. Continue rotating the middle pole in the direction of extension until it cannot move further. Ensure firm rotation and sufficient force.
Step 4: Fasten the Lock
Align the small buckle on the lock with the groove on the middle pole. Use the provided seven-shaped small wrench to tighten the lock from the side.
[Diagram Description: A close-up shows the seven-shaped wrench being used to tighten the lock mechanism on the central pole.]
Step 5: Adjust the Distance Between the Anti-skid Hand Grips
Determine the desired distance for stretching your arms during exercise. Adjust the non-slip hand grips on the middle pole to the appropriate distance. Once the grips are set, the installation is complete.
