Installation

Warranty Conditions

ART-DOM Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Zakładowa 90/92, 92-402 Łódź, Poland (National Court Register Number 0000354059), acts as the Guarantor.

• The Guarantor guarantees that the purchased device is free from physical defects, covering only manufacturing defects.
• Disclosed defects will be repaired at the Guarantor's expense within 14 days of reporting the issue to an authorized service point or point of sale.
• In exceptional cases, such as the need to import parts, the repair period may be extended up to 30 days.
• The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery.
• The goods are intended for use in individual household conditions only.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse or inconsistent use with the manual.
  • Mechanical, chemical, or thermal damage.
  • Repairs or modifications by unauthorized persons or companies.
  • Easily wearable parts or consumables (e.g., batteries, bulbs, fuses, filters, knobs).
  • Installation, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, unlocking, or removal of contaminants.
• The Guarantor determines the method of defect removal (repair or replacement). If repair is impossible or excessively costly, replacement may be offered. If both are impossible or excessively costly, the Guarantor may refuse to comply and propose an alternative solution.
• Exchanges are handled at the point of sale or an authorized service point. The returned device must be complete and undamaged.
• Statutory buyer's rights against the seller in case of non-compliance with the sales contract are not affected by this warranty.
• This warranty is valid in Poland.
• Proof of purchase and use of the goods according to the manual are required for warranty service.

CAUTION! Damage or removal of the rating plate from the device may void the warranty.
