QR Code Transition Guide: A quick guide to replacing QR codes for uninterrupted venue access

The document displays three Listen Technologies devices: a portable audio receiver, a black Wi-Fi audio server, and a smartphone showing the ListenWIFI mobile application interface.

Transition Steps

  • Log in to ListenWIFI Manager and ensure it is updated to the latest version (1.2.1).
  • Navigate to the Mobile App configuration dashboard.
  • Click on a channel in the mobile app preview.
  • Click on the QR code symbol to regenerate QR codes using the new OneLink format.
  • Print off new QR codes (or copy the link) for all channels available.
  • Update any QR code posters or links that have been previously distributed or provided for user access at your venue. This will need to be done prior to the cutoff date of August 25, 2025.
  • Test the new links locally to ensure proper connection to ListenWIFI channels, for both Android and iOS devices.
