The filter is designed to be a premium quality alternative for customers seeking a replacement cartridge for coffee makers and other devices using the Delonghi Aqua filtering system.

Installation Instructions
Important:
- Clean your hands carefully before touching the filter.
- Remove the filter from the packaging.
- To activate the filter, run tap water through the hole in the filter until water comes out of the openings at the side for longer than a minute.
- Extract the tank from the appliance and fill it with water. Insert the filter into the water tank and immerse it completely for about 10 seconds, sloping it to enable the air bubbles to escape.
- Insert the filter into the filter housing and press as far as it will go.
- Close the lid on the tank, and then put the tank back in the machine.
Note: After replacing the filter, if the coffee machine does not work, is noisy, or displays "WATER CIRCUIT EMPTY", the gas in the water circuit needs to be discharged. Please operate according to the coffee machine's troubleshooting guidelines.
Care & Maintenance
Regularly check the water reservoir to ensure the cartridge is firmly in place and the filtering process is working seamlessly.
Cartridge replacement should take place after 100L of use. If the coffee machine remains unused for more than 15 days (e.g., during vacation), it is recommended to change the filter before using it again.
Warning: Always remove the cartridge prior to descaling the machine.
