Camera Maintenance

Follow these guidelines for optimal camera performance:

Maximizing Battery Life

If the battery reaches 0% during recording, the camera will save the file and shut down. To maximize battery life:

Battery Storage and Handling

The camera contains sensitive components, including the battery. Avoid exposing the camera to extreme temperatures. Extreme temperatures can temporarily reduce battery life or prevent the camera from functioning correctly. Do not insert foreign objects into the camera's battery opening. Do not use the camera or battery if damaged (e.g., cracked, punctured, or water-damaged). Disassembly or perforation of the battery can cause an explosion or fire.

Remote Control

The camera automatically connects to the remote control when powered on. You can use the remote to take photos or record videos.

Replacing the CR2032 Battery for the Remote Control

  1. Use a Phillips #1.8mm screwdriver to remove the 4 screws on the back of the remote control cover.
  2. Remove 4 additional screws on the PCB.

  5. Reinstall the 4 screws into the PCB.
  6. Reinstall the 4 screws into the cover.
