Description

This product is a 240~270 watt AC to DC adapter designed for IPC systems, embedded systems, printers, monitors, charging systems, and POS systems requiring high wattage demands. It operates at 90 to 264 VAC input voltage. The unit meets CISPR32 EN55032 CLASS B, EN55024, and FCC PART 15B Class B emission limits, and is designed for ITE applications.

Derating Curves

Input Voltage Derating Curve: This graph illustrates the relationship between input voltage and output power capacity. It shows that the adapter maintains 100% output power across the input voltage range of 90 VAC to 264 VAC.

Output Power Derating Curve: This graph depicts the output power percentage relative to ambient temperature. The adapter operates at 100% output power from 0°C to 40°C. Above 40°C, output power is derated linearly, reaching 50% at 70°C.

Power de-rating: For operation between 0°C to 40°C at 100% load, 50°C at 80% load, 60°C at 60% load, and 70°C at 50% load. This derating must be less than the rating of the adapter's critical components, following FSP specifications.

Mechanical Specifications

The adapter has a low-profile design. Key dimensions are approximately 87.6 mm (length) x 41.5 mm (width) x 21.0 mm (height). The unit includes a rating label and a power indicator (blue color).

Connector: The DC output connector is a DIN plug. The AC input connector is a C14 type.

Cable: The DC output cable is UL11353 12AWG BLACK, 1200±30 mm in length, secured with a steel wire cable tie (PVC plated).
