Assembly Steps
STEP 1:
This diagram illustrates Step 1 of assembly. It shows the main frame (1), front bottom tube (14), and rear bottom tube (16). The hardware used includes four M10x60 screws (26#), eight washers (27#), and four caps (28#). The tools shown are an S6 Allen key (23#) and a cross wrench (22#).
- Take out 4 screws (26#), 8 washers (27#) and 4 caps (28#) from the tool kit (20#). Use these to attach the front bottom tube (14#) and the rear bottom tube (16#) to the main frame (1#). Use an S6 Allen key (23#) and a cross wrench (22#) to tighten the screws and caps.
STEP 2:
This diagram illustrates Step 2 of assembly. It shows the main frame assembly (1) and the handle assembly (11). The hardware used includes two M8x15 screws (29#), two elastic washers (30#), and two flat washers (31#). The tool shown is an S5 Allen wrench (24#).
- Take out 2 screws (29#), 2 elastic washers (30#) and 2 flat washers (31#) from the tool kit (20#). Use these to combine the handle assembly (11#) with the main frame assembly (1#). Use an S5 Allen wrench (24#) to tighten the screws.
STEP 3:
This diagram illustrates Step 3 of assembly. It shows the handle assembly (11), support plate (10), and IPAD bracket (18). The hardware used includes two M5x12 screws (32#) and two flat washers (21#). The tool shown is an S3 Allen key (25#).
- Take out 2 screws (32#) and 2 flat washers (21#) from the tool bag (20#). Use these to attach the support plate (10#) and IPAD bracket (18#) to the handle assembly (11#). Use an S3 Allen key (25#) to tighten the screws.
STEP 4:
This diagram illustrates Step 4 of assembly. It shows the left crank (8#) and right crank (9#) attached to the main frame (1#). The left pedal (13L#) and right pedal (13R#) are shown separately. The tool shown is a cross wrench (22#) with an S15 size indicated.
- Screw the pedal into the crank by hand, then use the wrench to lock the pedal.
- Use the S15 of the cross wrench (22#) to install the left pedal (13L#) on the left crank (8#) of the main frame (1#). Use the S15 of the cross wrench (22#) to install the right pedal (13R#) on the right crank (9#) of the frame assembly (1#). Tighten in the direction indicated by the arrow (towards the front of the bike).
STEP 5:
This diagram illustrates Step 5, showing the power adapter (19#) connecting to the power port on the rear of the bike frame.
- The bike has been assembled. Please check again whether all screws are in place and locked. Adjust the riser saddle and cushion to the appropriate height to start use.
- Power on: Connect the power adapter (19#) to the power port at the lower rear of the frame. Please use the standard power adapter. Unauthorized replacement of the power adapter may cause serious consequences.
Adjustments
Seat Adjustment
This diagram shows the spin bike with various adjustment points highlighted. For seat adjustment, knobs (7#) and levers (5#, 6#) are indicated. For balance adjustment, the foot pads (15#) at the base of the stabilizers are shown, with directional arrows (A, B) indicating adjustment. The resistance knob (2#) is also visible.
The seat of this bicycle is fully adjustable, moving up, down, forward, and backward. To adjust the height of the seat slider tube (3#), loosen adjustment knob (7#) outward, then raise or lower the seat to the desired height. Reinsert and tighten knob (7#) to secure. To adjust the seat fore/aft, release adjustment knob (6#), slide seat lever (5#) to position, then reinsert and tighten knob (6#) to secure.
Balance Adjustment
In order to ensure smooth and comfortable driving, the stability of the bicycle must be guaranteed. If the bicycle is unbalanced during use, adjust the foot levelers located under the front and rear stabilizers. Loosen the foot pad (15#) clockwise (direction A) by hand until it is flush with the surface. Repeat for other foot pads as necessary.
Resistance Adjustment
This diagram shows a close-up of the resistance knob (2#) on the spin bike. Arrows indicate clockwise (+) and counterclockwise (-) rotation for increasing and decreasing resistance, respectively. A symbol suggests pressing the knob for emergency braking.
Use the resistance knob (2#) to adjust the resistance. Turn clockwise to increase resistance, and counterclockwise to reduce resistance.
Emergency Braking
During use, the user can completely stop the bicycle by pressing the resistance knob (2#). Pressing the tension knob will force the brake and stop the bicycle immediately.
How to Move Bike
This diagram depicts a person moving the spin bike. The person is holding the handlebars (11#) and has one foot on the front bottom tube assembly (14#). The bike is tilted towards the person, with the front transport wheel resting on the ground.
First, ensure the handle is properly secured. If loose, tighten knob (7#). Stand in front of the bike, hold each side of the handle firmly. Place one foot on the front bottom tube assembly (14#). Press down the handle (11#) and tilt the bike towards you until the transport wheel on the front wheel touches the ground. You can then easily transport the bike using the wheels.
Note: Be careful when moving a bike, as accidental impacts, such as the bike falling, may cause injury and affect its performance.
