Unboxing

Before starting, familiarise yourself with this process and ensure that you have the skills and capabilities to perform this install with all safety measures in place. When you're ready, remove the factory system from the vehicle prior to installing your new catback. Its best to unpackage all the contents of your Juiced Pipes system and lay it out on the floor as shown bellow, to ensure everything is present and so that you can familiarise yourself with the individual components throughout the install.

WARNING: When working on any vehicle exercise extreme caution. Please allow the vehicles exhaust system to be cool enough to touch before removal. Failing to do so may result in severe burns. If working without a hoist refer to the vehicles manual to check correct lifting specifications. Always wear safety glasses, protective gloves and ensure your working in a safe area. Serious injury or death can occur if the correct safety measures are not followed.
ATTENTION: Please read the instructions carefully. Juiced Pipes will only warrant manufacturing faults. This does not extend to damage or breakage due to incorrect fitment.

Fitting Instructions:
Firstly, bolt the middle connecting pipe to the front flange using the provided gasket, nuts and bolts. Hang the rear connecting pipe to its respective rubber hanger and connect the two V-flanges together, loosely securing it with the V-band clamp. (do not fully tighten this yet, as minor adjustments will be made towards the end of the install).
Hang the primary rear section from the 4 rubber hangers at the rear of the chassis. (Its much easier to do this spraying the hangers with lubricant so that they slide on easier). When positioned to the car, align both V-flanges with the rear connecting pipe, and secure with the V-band clamp. Ensure the system is centered and sitting leveled prior tightening the two bolts at the front flange, and the two V-band clamps to secure and solidify its position in place.
The adjustable tailpipes are designed to fit all models and certain aftermarket diffusers. They're left and right bias, so make sure the respective ends are slipped on the correct outlets on the primary rear section, each with their slip joint clamps facing the front of the car. The tailpipe orientation is meant to be pointing "upwards and straight" rather than "downwards and angled upwards" as shown to the left. Centre the tailpipes to the diffuser cutouts and tighten the clamps to secure its position.
Lastly, the tips. Slide the tips over the tailpipes and center the "J" logo to the top so the angle of the tip is symmetrical. Adjust the depth of the tip to your liking and then tighten the slip joint clamp to secure its position. Take a step back and evaluate both tips to ensure they are symmetrical and leveled as you may need to loosen the clamps to make minor adjustments prior to tightening them again.
