Read these warnings and instructions carefully. Keep them for future reference.
For this crib, a mattress measuring at least 120 x 60 cm and no more than 12 cm thick is recommended. Refer to the crib's label for specific indications.
Warnings
- ⚠️ Do not use the crib if any part is broken or missing. Contact your IKEA store for spare parts. Do not substitute any parts.
- ⚠️ Never leave any objects in the crib, nor place the crib near anything that could serve as a support or pose a risk of suffocation or strangulation, such as cords, curtain cords, or blind cords, etc.
- ⚠️ Do not use more than one mattress in the crib.
- ⚠️ Be aware of the risk posed by open fires or other heat sources like electric or gas radiators near the crib.
- ❗ Do not attach anything to the crib, such as hooks or handles, to avoid any risk of strangulation to your baby.
Important Safety Information
- ❗ Ensure all fixings are properly tightened before using the crib. Check fixings regularly and retighten when necessary.
- ❗ The safest position for the bed base is the lowest. To prevent falls, the bed base should be adjusted to the lowest position when the child can sit up unaided.
- ❗ The mattress thickness should allow for a distance of at least 50 cm from the top surface of the mattress to the top edge of the crib frame in the lowest bed base position, and at least 20 cm in the highest bed base position.
- ❗ To prevent injury from falls, do not use the crib when the child is able to climb out on their own.
- ❗ Never use plastic bags or plastic sheets as mattress protectors due to the risk of suffocation.
- Important! Children can get trapped between the crib and the wall. To prevent the risk of serious injury, the distance between the wall and the crib must be less than 65 mm or greater than 230 mm at all times.
Maintenance
Clean the product with a damp cloth in a mild soapy solution. Dry with a clean, dry cloth.
