1. Accessories check
Please open the box and check whether the accessories are complete, including: front brake, pedal, bell, air pump, hexagon wrench, multi- function wrench, basket gasket, as shown in Figure 1- 1

1- 1

2. Handlebar Installation

First, remove the protective cover on the handle to expose the teeth at the end, as

shown in Figure 2- 1

Insert the handlebar end into the frame, making sure the direction is correct, as

3

shown in Figure 2- 2. Use a multi- function wrench to tighten the top screws as shown in Figure 2- 3

3. Front wheel assembly
First, remove the nut and spacer on the front wheel shaft, and install the front wheel into the front fork, as shown in Figure 3- 1
Insert the isolation plate through the axle of the front wheel into the corresponding groove of the front fork, as shown in Figure 3- 2
Install the corresponding nut on the outside of the isolation sheet and tighten it, as shown in Figure 3- 3

5

3- 1

3- 2

Note: Repeat steps 3- 1 to 3- 3 for the installation on the other side in the symmetrical direction. In addition, since there are many small parts such as nuts, try to avoid children being present during installation to prevent them from swallowing parts by mistake.

3- 3
4. Saddle assembly
First, hold the handle on the frame and rotate it counterclockwise to make it relaxed, as shown in Figure 4- 1.

Insert the shaft under the saddle into the frame, adjust it to the appropriate position,

and then hold the handlebars again and tighten them clockwise, as shown in Figure 4- 2 .

Note: Please pay attention to the minimum insertion mark on the seat post

to ensure safe use. If the seat post clamp cannot be tightened, or the

saddle becomes loose after tightening, loosen the seat post clamp first,

adjust the seat post clamp bolt to the appropriate position, and then

7

tighten the seat post clamp again. It takes a little more force to tighten.

5. Training wheel assembly
First, put the U- shaped gasket on the screw shaft of the rear wheel, as shown in Figure 5- 1.
Then put the training wheel and nut on the outside of the U- shaped gasket in turn and tighten the nut with a multi- function wrench, as shown in Figure 5- 2
Repeat steps 5- 1 to 5- 2 for the training wheel on the symmetrical side.

6. Pedal assembly
First, please check the L/ R marks on the pedals and cranks. The pedal marked with "L" is the left pedal, and the pedal marked with "R" is the right pedal, as shown in Figure 6- 1.
Please tighten the nut with a wrench to connect the pedal to the crank, as shown in Figure 6- 2

7. Brake and fender assembly
First of all, the rear brake of this car is a roller coaster brake, which has been installed at the factory and does not need to be installed again. Turn the pedal counterclockwise to brake.

Please remove the nut on the front brake screw, as shown in Figure 7- 1

Please place the front brake on the front wheel and pass the front brake screw through the prefabricated hole on the front fork of the frame. At the same time, put the front fender and nut on the end of the brake screw in sequence, and then tighten the nut with a wrench, as shown in Figures 7- 2 and 7- 3.

Please loosen the fixing nuts of the brake pads on both sides of the tire, adjust the angle of the brake pads to fit the wheel hub, and then tighten the nuts on both sides with a wrench, as shown in Figure 7- 4

Please pull the end of the brake line and put the stopper at the end of the brake line into the groove at the bottom of the brake handle, as shown in Figure 7- 5

Insert the brake line along the groove on the brake handle, and then insert the outer skin of the brake line into the limit block on the brake handle, as shown in Figures 7- 6 and 7- 7.

Rotate the limit block on the brake handle so that the groove on the limit block is misaligned with the groove on the brake handle, as shown in Figure 7- 8

Please adjust the position of the brake handle and tighten the screw with a wrench, as shown in Figure 7- 9

Loosen the brake adjustment nut to allow the brake line to move up and down, as shown in Figure 7- 10

Hold the brake caliper with your palm to make the brake pad fit tightly against the wheel hub, then slightly release the gap and keep it still, as shown in Figure 7- 11

10. Check before use
Ensuring riding safety is the most important thing. Please perform the following checks before riding.
Check the saddle height: Please adjust the saddle to the appropriate height before riding
Check the tightness of the screws of each component: check whether the seat tube quick release is locked, whether the handle is fixed, and whether other screws are loose
Check tires: Check if the tire pressure is sufficient. If not, inflate it to the proper pressure
Check the brakes: Pull the front and rear brakes to check that they are working
11. Repair
Check fasteners: After using for a period of time, check whether the screws and nuts of each part are loose. If they are loose, tighten them in time to prevent parts from falling off and endangering safety
Cleaning the bicycle: If you use it near water, wipe it with a dry cloth in time to avoid rust on the wet parts. If you must wash it with water, remember to dry it immediately
Check the brakes: Make sure the brakes are working properly before use. After using for a period of time, check whether the brake pads are severely worn. If the wear is severe, tighten and peel them

Check the tire pressure before use. If the tire pressure is insufficient, please inflate the tire. However, do not inflate the tire too much for the first time or in summer to avoid a blowout after being exposed to the sun
Check the parts that need oiling, oil them in time, and maintain all parts so that they work normally
As your child grows taller, adjust the height of the handle and saddle appropriately, and be careful not to exceed the safety line. When the saddle is tilted, please remove it. Quickly disassemble the rear of the seat/ loosen the nut , straighten the saddle, and then lock it
Bicycles should not be left outdoors for long periods of time Common accessories include: outer tube, inner tube, brake, brake friction pad, etc
