Notes before using
- Do not use the walkie talkie in an explosive environment (such as gas, dust, steam, etc.) or to charge the battery.
- Please turn off the walkie-talkie while refueling or parking at the gas station.
- Do not adapt or modify the machine for any reason.
- Do not expose the walkie talkie to prolonged direct sunlight or place it near a heating appliance.
- Do not place the walkie talkie in extremely dusty, damp, or splashing environments, and do not place it on an unstable surface.
- The repair of the walkie talkie can only be carried out by professional technicians; do not disassemble it yourself.

Radio Overview
The radio features the following components:
- Antenna: A flexible rod extending from the top for signal transmission and reception.
- Vol/Channel knob: A rotating dial used to adjust volume or change channels.
- Status indicator lamp: A light that indicates the radio's operational status.
- Receiver: The speaker grille area for audio output.
- Front camera: A small lens located on the front of the device.
- Touch screen: The primary display interface for interaction.
- Primary microphone: An opening for voice input.
- Lanyard hole: A loop for attaching a lanyard for carrying.
- Denoise: A grille or opening, potentially for noise cancellation or audio output.
- Rear camera: A small lens located on the back of the device.
- Keyboard: A numerical keypad with additional function keys for input.
- Belt clip: A clip on the back for attaching the radio to clothing or a belt.
- Battery cover: A removable panel on the back that houses the battery.
- Battery latch: A mechanism used to secure or release the battery cover.
Accessory Installation
1. To insert a SIM card

3. To install the battery

4. Close the battery cover

The device also features an Earphone/MIC interface, a Screw hole, and a USB port.
Basic Functions
Initial start
Ensure the battery is properly installed. To power on, press and hold the hook key button until the boot screen appears. If SIM cards have PIN code protection, enter your PIN code. The default PIN code is generally 1234.
Unlock screen
Short press the End key to lock the screen. Short press the power button again to wake the screen. Slide an icon in any direction to unlock the screen and enter the standby interface.
System prompts
To access the prompt bar: Press and hold the top of the screen (status bar) with a finger, grab the pop-up drop-down box, and drag down to open the prompt line. The prompt bar displays currently open applications. Clicking on a running list allows quick switching to the corresponding application.
Tips: When airplane mode is active, calls cannot be made. The system prompt bar also displays notifications (e.g., unread messages, missed calls) and running applications. Click an icon to view a list of icons and quickly open the corresponding function.
Personalized Settings
In the main screen, press and hold an empty space to access the personalized settings interface. Here, you can set the wallpaper, add widgets, and configure system settings.
Move and delete icons
Long press a screen menu or widget icon to move or delete it.
Restore the factory settings
Select "Backup & reset" in the setup menu to restore factory settings.
Warning: Restoring factory settings will reset the phone to its original state, clearing system, applications, data, and settings, including downloaded applications.
Function Introduction
Dial: The menu option at the bottom of the screen allows quick access to phone records, the digital dial pad, and call settings.
Contacts: Users can conveniently call friends and colleagues, send emails, and messages quickly. Contacts can be added directly on the phone or synchronized from computer applications.
Message: Click the message icon to enter the message interface. Received messages are displayed in a list and can be edited, sent, and deleted.
Settings: Configure radio settings, including wireless and networks, profiles, display, storage, battery information, applications, location information, security, languages, input methods, backup, reset, account management, date and time, accessibility, printing, and information about the mobile phone.
Key Description
OK button: Double-press to unlock; short-press to confirm.
Left key: Choose function menu.
Left Dial key: Access to the dial-up interface.
* key: Punctuation input.
Direction key: Optional function navigation.
Right key: Return to the main menu and exit the program.
Right Power key: Long press (more than 2 seconds) to start up or turn off; short press to standby.
# key: Switch input method.
Number keys: Standard numerical input.
Other Functions
- Video: Watch recorded or downloaded video files, and edit or share videos.
- Gallery: Browse pictures, photos, and video files saved on the radio. Click photo icons to quickly enter the photo interface.
- File management: View and manage files stored locally or on the memory card.
- Camera: Take photos or videos. Various settings are available, such as exposure control, color effect, framing mode, face detection, and burst mode, to achieve the best shooting effect based on personal preference or environment. Users can review photos and videos after capture.
- Calculator: Perform simple arithmetic and various mathematical operations.
- Music: Access the music list interface to select music by artists, albums, songs, or playlists. Click a song name to go to the music player interface.
- Intercom: Enter user name and password to log in. (For detailed login instructions, refer to the public network intercom description.)
Security Information
Before using the device, please read and observe the following precautions to ensure optimum device performance and avoid dangerous or illegal situations.
Electronic equipment
In areas where wireless device usage is prohibited by regulations, do not use the device, as it may cause interference with other electronic devices or create other hazards.
Area with easy firing and explosion
Do not use the device at refueling points (service stations) or near flammable and explosive materials or chemical agents, as it may cause an explosion or fire.
Operating environment
- Do not use the device in dusty, wet, dirty, or near magnetic fields to avoid internal circuit equipment failure.
- Do not use this device during thunderstorms, as they could result in equipment malfunction or electric shock hazards.
- Do not place the device in direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Avoid exposing the equipment and accessories to rain or moisture, as this may cause fire or electric shock.
- Do not place the device near heat sources or open flame sources, such as electric heaters, microwaves, ovens, water heaters, fires, or candles, which may reach high temperatures.
Accessories requirement
- Do not use unapproved or incompatible power supplies or battery chargers, as this may result in fire, explosion, or other hazards.
- Only use manufacturer-approved equipment and accessories for this model. Using other types of accessories may lead to accidental damage to the equipment and void the warranty.
The charger security
- When fully charged or not charging, disconnect the charger from the device and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Do not drop or bump the charger. If the charger is damaged, do not continue to use it to avoid accidents.
- Do not touch the device and charger with wet hands to avoid short-circuiting, malfunction, or electric shock.
Battery Safe
- Do not use metal objects to connect the two poles of the battery or contact the battery terminals to avoid short circuits and damage from overheating.
- Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or heat sources around the device, as overheating may cause an explosion.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery, insert foreign objects, or allow liquid intrusion to prevent battery leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- If a battery leaks, do not contact skin or eyes. If contact occurs, immediately rinse with water and seek medical attention.
- If the battery shows discoloration, deformation, or abnormal heating during use, charging, or storage, stop using it and replace it with a new battery.
- Do not throw batteries into a fire, as this will cause fire and explosion.
- Keep batteries away from children to prevent accidents.
- Do not use a damaged battery.
- If the standby time of the device is significantly shorter than normal, replace the battery.
- Dispose of batteries according to local regulations; do not dispose of them as household waste.
Care and Cleaning
- Do not lift the antenna or an external microphone directly.
- Use a lint-free cloth to remove dust and stains from the radio to avoid poor contact.
- Place covers on headphone jacks when not in use.
- Clean the keypad and sensors carefully with a lint-free cloth moistened with clean water and a mild washing liquid. Do not use strong corrosive solvents for cleaning.
FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement
This device meets the government's requirements for exposure to radio waves. The guidelines are based on standards developed by independent scientific organizations through periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. These standards include a substantial safety margin to assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age or health. The SAR limit for the USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged. Device types: Intelligent Two Way Radio (FCC ID: 2AIV6-T320) has also been tested against this SAR limit. SAR information for this and other devices can be viewed online at http://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid/. Please use the device FCC ID number for search. This device was tested with a simulation of a 10 mm distance to the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, accessories should maintain a separation distance between the user's body and the device. The use of belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in their assembly. Accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
FCC Warning
