Pairing Connection

  1. After the speaker is fully charged and in shutdown mode, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. The speaker will emit a "Bluetooth Mode" prompt tone and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
  2. On your mobile phone or other device, turn on the Bluetooth function and search for "HM11". Select it to complete the pairing. A "Bluetooth Connect" prompt tone will be issued upon successful connection.
  3. When the speaker is turned on, if it has been previously paired with a mobile phone or device, it will automatically reconnect within the connection range.
  4. If a password is required during the "HM11" pairing process, enter the default password "0000" for normal connection.

Troubleshooting

Failure Phenomenon Possible Reason Solution
Unable to search for Bluetooth The battery is out of power and shut down. Charge the speaker.
Cannot pair with Bluetooth The speaker is already paired with another device. The device does not enter pairing mode. Turn off other paired devices. Search again then pair.
