Security Guidance
Before using the speaker, please read the specifications clearly and keep this manual for future reference.
- Stay away from heat, sharp items, and direct sunlight.
- Stay away from open fire.
- Do not insert any metal objects; avoid short circuits.
- Do not attempt to repair the product yourself; please contact the authorized manufacturer for repairs.
- Avoid rain, spray, and other liquids.
- If the product overheats, is damaged, or falls into liquid, stop using it.
- Use the product according to local standards and regulations.

Built-in Battery
- The built-in rechargeable battery takes 2-3 hours for the first complete charge and discharge cycle.
- Do not continue to charge a fully charged battery, as overcharging will shorten its lifespan.
- A fully loaded battery may lose a small amount of charge if unused.
- Storing the speaker in excessively hot or cold environments will shorten its lifespan.
Charging Adaptation
- Please use a standard DC 5V-1A charger for charging.
- Do not use other types of chargers, as they may damage the product.
- Refer to the status of the charging indicator to determine if charging is normal.
- Avoid using the speaker while it is charging whenever possible.
Charging Function
- Insert the MICRO-USB charging cable into the speaker and plug the other end into a DC5V-1A charger.
- When the LED charging indicator is solid red, the speaker is charging normally.
- The red LED indicator turns off when the product is fully charged.
Pairing Connection
- After the speaker is fully charged and in shutdown mode, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. The speaker will emit a "Bluetooth Mode" prompt tone and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On your mobile phone or other device, turn on the Bluetooth function and search for "HM11". Select it to complete the pairing. A "Bluetooth Connect" prompt tone will be issued upon successful connection.
- When the speaker is turned on, if it has been previously paired with a mobile phone or device, it will automatically reconnect within the connection range.
- If a password is required during the "HM11" pairing process, enter the default password "0000" for normal connection.
Operation Function
The speaker has the following controls and indicators:
- ① LED Bluetooth Indicator: Flashes when powered on and entering Bluetooth pairing mode.
- ② Previous Song / FM Radio: Press for the previous song. Long press to switch to FM mode.
- ③ Play/Pause / Turn On/Off / Hands-Free: Long press for 3 seconds to turn on/off. Press to play/pause music. Press to answer/end calls for hands-free operation.
- ④ Next Song / FM Radio: Press for the next song. Long press to switch to FM mode.
- ⑤ Volume Knob: Rotate left to decrease volume, rotate right to increase volume.
- ⑥ Volume Scale: Indicates the current volume level.
- ⑦ TF Card Jack: Insert a TF card for automatic playback when the speaker is powered on.
- ⑧ MICRO-USB Charging Port: Connect the MICRO-USB charging cable here to charge the speaker.
- ⑨ LED Charging Indicator: Indicates the charging status.
- ⑩ USB Jack: Insert a USB flash drive for automatic playback when the speaker is powered on.
- ⑪ AUX Jack: Insert an audio cable to automatically enter AUX mode when the speaker is powered on.
- ⑫ Passive Diaphragm: Enhances bass performance.
Troubleshooting
