Assembly Instructions
? NOTE: First Time Assembly: Canopy top and frame are shipped unattached to avoid damage. For first-time setup, the top must be attached to the frame with Velcro. Once permanently attached, setup and takedown are quick.
Step 1: Set Up Frame
??? 2 PERSON ASSEMBLY ⏱️ UP TO 10 MIN. ASSEMBLY
Stand the frame (A) upright. Two people should stand facing each other, each grasping two outer legs. Slightly lift the frame off the ground and step backward until the frame is about 60% extended.
Diagram: Shows the metal frame (A) partially extended, with two figures holding the outer legs, indicating the initial setup step.
Step 2: Attach Canopy
Place the main canopy (B) over the top frame. Use the Velcro pads to secure each corner of the canopy to the frame, under the plastic leg caps.
Diagram: Illustrates placing the canopy fabric (B) over the frame and securing it with Velcro straps at the corners.
Step 3: Fully Extend Frame
With two people facing each other, grasp the outer legs again. Lift the frame slightly and slowly walk backward until the frame is fully extended. Be careful not to pinch fingers or pull too hard, which could bend the cross beams.
? NOTE: Ensure all 5 top central tubes are not obstructed by the canopy fabric while lifting the frame off the ground.
Diagram: Depicts two figures fully extending the frame by walking backward, with arrows indicating the direction of movement. A note symbol highlights ensuring central tubes are clear.
Step 4: Engage Leg Sliders and Straps
Engage the slider at each corner by pushing up the slider with one hand while holding the top of the leg with the other, until it clicks into place. Repeat for all corners. Attach all canopy tower straps to the frame's cross bars and adjust for moderate tightness.
Diagram: Shows a close-up of a hand pushing a slider mechanism upwards on a leg to lock it in place. Another image shows straps being attached to the frame's crossbars.
Step 5: Extend Inner Legs and Adjust Height
Lift two adjacent outer legs and gently pull out the inner legs until the spring-loaded snap button pops into position. Repeat for other legs. The canopy offers three height levels. To adjust height, lift the leg, carefully pull out the small foot ring switch, and slowly pull out the inner tube until the snap button pops into the next position. Repeat on the other leg.
Diagram: Illustrates lifting an outer leg and pulling an inner leg outwards until it clicks. A separate diagram shows how to adjust height by lifting the leg, pressing a button (foot ring switch), and extending the inner tube.
Step 6: Stake Down Legs
Stake (C) down the gazebo by driving the 4 anchors through one of the holes on each base foot. This will help keep the leg from moving sideways in mild weather conditions.
Diagram: Shows stakes being driven through the holes at the base of each leg to secure it to the ground.
Step 7: Secure with Guy Ropes
Measure out from the leg to a proper distance and secure the four anchors (stakes) to the ground at a 45-degree angle. Tie one end of each guy rope (D) to the triangular shaped rope holder located on the outside fabric corners. Tie the other end of each rope to the anchor on the ground. Ensure the guy ropes have proper tension.
Diagram: Illustrates tying guy ropes (D) from the canopy corners to stakes placed at an angle in the ground, with arrows showing the tensioning process.
Closing the Tent
To close the tent, reverse the extension steps. Ensure all legs are at the lowest setting, then push the sliders down to release them, and carefully collapse the frame.
Diagram: Shows the sequence for collapsing the tent, including releasing leg sliders and folding the frame inwards.
