This guide provides essential information for operating your CASO Café Crema Touch automatic coffee machine.
Control Panel Overview
The control panel features the following:
- On/Off Button: For powering the machine on and off.
- Bean Container: Holds coffee beans.
- Brewing Unit: The component responsible for brewing coffee.
- Drip Tray / Grounds Container: For collecting used coffee grounds and drips.
- Water Tank: Holds the water supply.
- Descaling Indicator: Alerts when descaling is necessary.
Beverage Functions
The machine offers several beverage options:
- Hot Water: Dispenses hot water.
- Milk Foam: Creates milk foam.
- Espresso: Brews a single or double shot of espresso.
- Cappuccino (Small/Large): Brews a small or large cappuccino.
- Espresso + Café Crema: Brews espresso or café crema.
- Latte Macchiato (Small/Large): Brews a small or large latte macchiato.
Beverage Preparation Details
Hot Water
Press the button to dispense hot water. To stop the flow, press the button again. The water volume can be adjusted by pressing the button once, then holding it down until the desired amount is dispensed. The machine will beep twice to confirm the setting.
Maximum volume: 250 ml
Milk Foam
Press the button. After a short pause, the machine will beep and dispense milk foam. The milk foam volume can be adjusted similarly to hot water: press once, then hold the button down until the desired amount is dispensed. The machine will beep twice to confirm the setting.

Cappuccino
Press the button once for a small cappuccino or twice consecutively for a large cappuccino. The machine first dispenses espresso, then beeps, and finally dispenses milk foam.

Latte Macchiato
Press the button once for a small latte macchiato or twice consecutively for a large latte macchiato. The machine dispenses milk foam first, then beeps, and finally dispenses a double shot of espresso over the foam.

Espresso + Café Crema
Press the button once for Espresso and twice for Café Crema. Be careful not to overfill. You can stop the flow by pressing the selected button again. The espresso volume can be adjusted by pressing and holding the button while espresso is dispensing until the desired amount is reached. The machine will beep twice to confirm.
Maximum volume: 250 ml. Recommended minimum volume: approx. 25 ml.
The Café Crema volume can also be adjusted similarly. Press the button twice, then press and hold the button while Café Crema is dispensing until the desired amount is reached. The machine will beep twice to confirm.
Minimum volume: 50 ml, Maximum volume: 250 ml.
LED Display Indicators
Understand the status of your machine through the LED indicators:
- Blinking: Water needs refilling or the water tank is not correctly placed.
- Blinking: Bean container is empty. Refill beans.
- Solid Light: Drip/grounds container is full. Empty the container.
- Blinking: Drip/grounds container is not correctly inserted. Insert container correctly.
- Solid Light: Brewing unit is not correctly inserted. Insert brewing unit correctly.
- Blinking: The brewing unit cover is not closed correctly. Close cover properly.
- Solid Light: The machine requires descaling.
- Blinking: Descaling process is in progress.
- Solid Light: The machine is emptying and will then switch off.
