The Aluratek Track Tag is a Bluetooth item locator designed to work with the Apple Find My network. This guide provides instructions for adding, removing, and resetting your Track Tag.

Add a Track Tag
If the item is registered to someone else's Apple ID, they need to remove it before you can add it.
- Go to the Home Screen on your iPhone.
- Remove the battery tab from the Track Tag (if applicable), then hold it near your iPhone.
- Hold the button ⚙️ on the Track Tag for 3 seconds until you hear a sound, then release.
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone.
- Select the "Items" icon and tap "+".
- Select "Add Other Item" (not "Add AirTag").
- Select "Connect".
- Choose a name from the list or select "Custom Name" to type a name and select an emoji, then tap "Continue".
- The Track Tag is now connected to your Apple ID.
Remove a Track Tag
If the item is not near your device, you can still remove it from your account. However, the item must be reset before anyone can register it to their Apple ID.
To remove a Track Tag from the Find My app on iPhone:
- Tap "Items" at the bottom of the screen, then tap the item you want to remove.
- Bring the item near your iPhone. If the item is not near your device, you can still remove it from your account. However, the item must be reset before anyone can register it to their Apple ID.
- Tap "Remove Item", then follow the onscreen instructions.
Reset the Track Tag
To reset the Track Tag:
- Hold the button ⚙️ for about 12 seconds until you hear a sound, then release the button.
- Press the button ⚙️ twice immediately. The Track Tag will beep twice to confirm the reset.
- The Track Tag is now ready to be paired with the Find My app.
To disable the Track Tag or Find My network accessory and stop it from sharing its locations, tap "Instructions to Disable" and follow the onscreen steps.
- Open the battery cover.
- Remove the battery from the Track Tag.
After the Track Tag or Find My network accessory is disabled, the owner can no longer get updates on its current location. You will no longer receive any unwanted tracking alerts for this item.
If You Found an Unknown Track Tag
If you have found an unknown Track Tag, you can follow these steps to see information about it or to disable it:
- Go to the Home Screen on your iPhone.
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone.
- Select the "Item" icon and select "Identify Found Item".
- Select "ATAGO1F" on the screen and select "Continue".
- Press the button ⚙️ on "ATAGO1F" once, then select "Continue On Website" to view the Track Tag information.
To disable the Track Tag or Find My network accessory and stop it from sharing its locations, tap "Instructions to Disable" and follow the onscreen steps.

Warranty
Aluratek warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for 1 YEAR from the date of purchase. This warranty becomes invalid if the factory-supplied serial number or "warranty void" sticker has been removed or altered on the product.
This warranty does not cover:
- A) Cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God.
- B) Accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of any part of the product.
- C) Damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper equipment, or attempted repair by anyone other than Aluratek.
- D) Products sold AS IS or WITH FAULTS.
