MARS HVAC Intelligent Surge Protection (83907)

The iSPD (Intelligent Surge Protection Device) offers comprehensive protection for HVAC equipment. The MARS 83907 Surge Protection Device provides maximum protection from surges, transients and low voltage conditions. Additionally, the 83907 can monitor refrigerant temperatures to identify coil freeze-up and/or low refrigerant issues, and shut down the compressor if a fault is detected. In the event of diminished surge protection or failure, the compressor will not be allowed to start until the module is replaced. Warranty: 3 Year Warranty, $7,500 Connected Equipment Warranty.

Applications: Recommended for AC power distribution system mains, feeders, and branch circuits. Protection of motors and motor branch circuits. Protection of transformers and other inductive loads.
