Immediately inform your dealer if any damage has occurred during transport.
Check if any accessories are missing from the package contents or if there is any damage.

Intended Use
WARNING: Health Risks
Do not use the equipment for vacuuming hazardous dust.
This vacuum cleaner is designed for dry and wet cleaning of floor surfaces and walls.
This equipment is suitable for industrial use, e.g., in construction sites, industrial plants, workshops, and rental businesses.

Preparation
1. Unpack the equipment and assemble the accessories. (Refer to Figure B)

Commissioning
Dry Vacuuming
CAUTION: Fine dust hazard. Risk of damage to the suction motor.
Ensure that the cartridge filter and, if necessary, a membrane filter (special accessory) are inserted when vacuuming dry.
For fine dust vacuuming, a fleece filter bag (special accessory, NT 50/2 only) can also be used.
Fleece Filter Bag Assembly (NT 50/2 only)
1. Unlock and remove the suction head.
2. Insert the fleece filter bag (special accessory) and ensure it is correctly seated.
(Refer to Figure C)
3. Replace and lock the suction head.

Membrane Filter Assembly
1. Unlock and remove the suction head.
2. Pull the membrane filter (special accessory) over the container rim and ensure it is correctly seated.
(Refer to Figure D)
3. Replace and lock the suction head.

Wet Dirt Suction
During wet dirt suction, the cartridge filter can be replaced by a coarse dirt filter (special accessory) or a membrane filter (special accessory).
CAUTION: Liquid dirt hazard. Risk of damage to the suction motor.
Ensure that the cartridge filter, a coarse dirt filter (special accessory), or a membrane filter (special accessory) is used for wet dirt suction.
The fleece filter bag (special accessory) must always be removed for wet dirt suction.
After finishing wet dirt suction: Clean the float and the container with a damp cloth and dry them.
Coarse Dirt Filter Installation
The coarse dirt filter must be replaced by a cartridge filter and, if applicable, a membrane filter when switching from wet to dry suction.
1. Unlock and remove the suction head.
2. Unscrew the anchor screw and remove the cartridge filter.
3. Mount the coarse dirt filter (special accessory).
(Refer to Figure E)
4. Tighten the anchor screw.
5. Replace and lock the suction head.

Membrane Filter Assembly
Refer to "Dry Vacuuming" section.
Dirty Water Purging (NT 70/2, NT 90/2 only)
WARNING: Improper disposal of wastewater. Environmental contamination.
Observe local regulations for wastewater treatment.
1. Empty the dirty water using the drain hose. (Refer to Figure F)

Clip Connection
The suction hose is equipped with a clip system. All accessories with a 40 mm nominal width can be connected. (Refer to Figure G)

Handling
Connecting the Equipment
1. Plug in the power connector. ?
2. Connect the equipment.
Cleaning Service
1. Perform cleaning.
Emptying the Dirt Container
The suction channel is equipped with a float. When the maximum permitted level of dirty water is reached in the container, suction is interrupted.
1. Disconnect the equipment.
2. Empty the container.
Disconnecting the Equipment
1. Disconnect the equipment.
2. Unplug the power connector.
After Each Service
1. Empty the container.
2. Clean the interior and exterior of the equipment by vacuuming and wiping with a damp cloth.
Storing the Equipment
1. Store the floor nozzles, suction tubes, suction hose, bend, crevice nozzle, and power cord as shown in the figure. (Refer to Figure H)

2. Place the equipment in a dry area and protect it from any unauthorized use.
Transport
PRECAUTION: Weight hazard. Risk of injury and damage.
Consider the weight of the equipment during transport.
1. For long distances, transport the equipment by pushing it using the push handle.
2. When transporting the equipment in vehicles, secure it to prevent slipping and tipping, in accordance with current directives.
Storage
PRECAUTION: Weight hazard. Risk of injury and damage.
Consider the weight of the equipment for storage.
The equipment can only be stored indoors.
Care and Maintenance
DANGER: Electric shock hazard. Risk of injury from touching live parts.
Disconnect the equipment.
Unplug the power connector.
Changing the Cartridge Filter
1. Unlock and remove the suction head.
2. Unscrew the anchor screw, remove the cartridge filter, and replace it with a new one.
3. Tighten the anchor screw.
4. Replace and lock the suction head.
Cleaning the Float
1. Unlock and remove the suction head.
2. Unscrew the anchor screw and remove the cartridge filter.
3. Clean the float with a damp cloth.
4. Insert the cartridge filter.
5. Tighten the anchor screw.
6. Replace and lock the suction head.
Troubleshooting
DANGER: Electric shock hazard. Risk of injury from touching live parts.
Disconnect the equipment.
Unplug the power connector.
Suction Turbine Not Working
1. Check the plug and the power supply fuse.
2. Check the power cord, power connector, and the equipment's float.
3. Connect the equipment.
Suction Turbine Works, But Equipment Does Not Suck
1. Disconnect the equipment and wait 5 seconds. Reconnect the equipment.
2. Release any stuck float and clean it with a damp cloth. Check the float's freedom of movement.
Float Closes Suction Channel
1. Empty the dirt container.
Suction Power Reduced
1. Clear any blockage in the suction nozzle, suction tube, suction hose, or cartridge filter.
2. NT 50/2 only: Replace the full fleece filter bag (special accessory).
3. Clean the membrane filter (special accessory) with running water or replace it.
4. Replace the cartridge filter.
5. NT 70/2, NT 90/2 only: Check the seal of the drain hose.
Dust Escaping During Suction
1. Check the correct mounting position of the cartridge filter.
2. Replace the cartridge filter.
Water Escaping During Suction
1. Release any stuck float and clean it with a damp cloth. Check the float's freedom of movement.
After-Sales Service
If a fault cannot be resolved, the after-sales service must inspect the equipment.
Warranty
The warranty conditions specified by our authorized dealer apply in each country. We will rectify any faults in your equipment free of charge within the warranty period, provided the cause is due to a manufacturing or material defect. In case of warranty, please contact your dealer or the nearest authorized after-sales service, presenting the purchase invoice. (Address on the reverse side)
