Important Safety Information

WARNING: Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To prevent this furniture from tipping over, it must be permanently fixed to the wall with the included wall attachment devices. Fastening devices for the wall are not included as different wall materials require different types of fastening devices. Use fastening devices suitable for the walls in your home. For advice on suitable fastening devices, contact your local specialized dealer.

Safety Recommendations:

• Place the heaviest items in the lowest drawers.
• Do not let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.

Parts and Hardware

The following parts and hardware are included for assembly:

• Screws: Various types and sizes including 100214 (4x), 112626 (8x), 109552 (12x), 10107513 (2x), 109049 (8x), 105957 (2x), 101530 (2x).
• Dowels: 101350 (6x).
• Brackets: Wall brackets, desk support brackets.
• Other hardware: Nuts (100712, 100843) and washers (100823, 106989, 110526).
• Desk support components: 110308 (2x), 110470 (2x), 130445 (1x), 122576 (1x).
• Tools: Allen key (110308, 1x), Wrench (110470, 1x).

Note: Wall fastening devices (screws/anchors suitable for your specific wall type) are not included.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Wall Brackets

Secure the wall brackets (109049) to the sides of the main shelf unit using screws (100823).

Step 2: Assemble Desk Frame

Connect the three horizontal desk frame pieces using dowels (101350) and screws (101350).

Step 3: Attach Desk Supports to Unit (Part 1)

Attach the first set of desk support brackets to the main shelf unit using screws (109049).

Step 4: Attach Desk Supports to Unit (Part 2)

Attach the second set of desk support brackets to the main shelf unit using screws (109049).

Step 5: Assemble Desk Surface Frame (Part 1)

Assemble the outer frame of the desk surface by joining pieces using screws (112626).

Step 6: Assemble Desk Surface Frame (Part 2)

Insert the inner frame pieces into the assembled desk surface frame, as indicated by an arrow.

Step 7: Attach Desk Surface Supports

Attach the desk surface supports to the desk frame using screws (100214) and dowels (130445).

Step 8: Attach Desk Legs/Main Supports

Attach the main desk legs (labeled 'L' and 'R') to the desk surface frame using screws (10108127, 104859, 110526).

Step 9: Connect Desk to Unit Brackets

Align the assembled desk structure with the wall brackets on the shelf unit. Secure using nuts (100712) and bolts/screws (100843).

Step 10: Secure Desk to Unit

Further secure the desk to the unit. This may involve attaching a final piece or tightening connections using hardware like the cap/knob (153552).

Step 11: Attach Desk Surface to Frame

Place the desk surface onto the assembled frame and supports. Secure it from underneath using screws (109552).

Step 12: Secure Desk Surface (Final)

Further secure the desk surface to the supports using additional hardware (105957, 101530).

Step 13: Shelf Pegs and Shelves

Insert shelf pegs into the desired holes on the main unit and place shelves onto the pegs. Screws (109552) are shown in relation to shelf placement.

Step 14: Deploy Desk Surface

The desk surface is designed to fold down or slide out. The diagram shows it being lowered into its functional position.

Step 15: Final Desk Surface Lock/Support

Engage any locking mechanisms or supports to keep the desk surface in its deployed position. The diagram shows a locking piece being inserted.

Step 16: Final Check

Ensure all connections are tight and the desk is stable. An information icon ? indicates a final check or important note.
