Safety Warnings
WARNING
Riding an electric dirt bike is a hazardous activity. The EVERCROSS EV65M is intended to move, and it is possible to lose control, fall off, or get into dangerous situations. Serious injury or death can occur. Ride at your own risk and use common sense.
This manual contains warnings and cautions regarding the consequences of failing to maintain, inspect, or properly use the electric dirt bike. Any incident can result in serious injury or death.
Appropriate Rider Use and Parental Supervision
It is your responsibility to review this information and ensure all riders understand warnings, cautions, instructions, and safety topics. EVERCROSS recommends periodically reviewing and reinforcing this information with younger riders and inspecting/maintaining the vehicle for their safety.
The recommended rider age is 15+ years for the EV65M, but this is an estimate. Rider size, weight, or skills may affect suitability. Do not exceed the weight limit of 198 lbs. Riders unable to fit comfortably on the EV65M should not attempt to ride it.
A parent's decision to allow a child to ride should be based on the child's maturity, skill, and ability to follow rules.
Acceptable Riding Practices and Conditions
- Always check and obey local laws and regulations for riding locations.
- Ride defensively, watch for obstacles, and avoid pedestrians, skaters, skateboards, scooters, bikes, children, or animals. Respect the rights and property of others.
- The electric bike is for use in controlled environments free of traffic hazards, not on public streets or sidewalks.
- Do not activate the speed control unless on the electric dirt bike in a safe, outdoor environment.
- Jumping or aggressive riding can cause damage. The rider assumes all risks associated with high-stress activity.
- The EV65M is intended for flat, level ground without loose debris. Wet, slick, bumpy, uneven, or rough surfaces may impair traction.
- Do not ride in mud, ice, puddles, or water. Avoid excessive speeds on downhill rides.
- Never ride indoors on surfaces like carpet or flooring.
- Do not ride in wet or icy weather. Never immerse the electric dirt bike in water, as electrical and drive components can be damaged.
- Maintain a hold on the handlebars at all times.
- Never use headphones or a cell phone while riding.
- Never carry passengers or allow more than one person to ride at a time.
Proper Riding Attire
Always wear proper protective equipment: an approved safety helmet (with chin strap securely buckled), elbow pads, and kneepads. A helmet may be legally required. A long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and gloves are recommended. Always wear athletic shoes (lace-up with rubber soles). Never drive barefooted or in sandals. Keep shoelaces tied and away from the wheels, motor, and drive system.
FAILURE TO USE COMMON SENSE AND HEED WARNINGS INCREASES RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY. USE WITH APPROPRIATE CAUTION AND SERIOUS ATTENTION TO SAFE OPERATION.

- Frame, Fork, and Handlebars: Check for cracks or broken connections. Inspect regularly.

Daily Care and Maintenance
Chain and Sprocket
The chain may have a "loose spot" and "tight spot" due to sprocket rotational position. This is normal. Adjust the chain tension at the tightest spot. Maintain proper chain alignment. If the chain is noisy or rough running, check lubrication, tension, and alignment of the sprockets.
Battery Care and Disposal
Do not store the battery in temperatures above 75°F or below -10°F. Fully charge the battery after every use to prolong its lifespan.
Disposal: Your product uses sealed batteries that must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. Do not dispose of a battery in a fire, as it may explode or leak. Do not dispose of batteries in regular household trash. Incineration, land filling, or mixing of sealed batteries with household trash is prohibited by law in most areas.
Charger
The charger should be regularly examined for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure, and other parts. Do not charge the EV65M until the charger has been repaired or replaced if damaged.
Replacement Parts
Frequently requested replacement parts (wheels, tires, tubes, batteries, chargers) are available for purchase online.
Cleaning and Storage
Do not clean the E-bike with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive solvents. Do not wash with a high-pressure water spray.
During cleaning, ensure the E-bike is turned off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber flap is closed to prevent water leakage, electric shock, or other major problems. When not in use, keep the E-bike indoors where it is dry and cool.
Do not leave the E-bike outdoors for extended periods. Excessive sunlight, overheating, and overcooling accelerate battery lifespan.
