⚠️ WARNING: Non-observance of the following notes may result in personal injury or material damage (electric shock, skin burns, fire). These safety and hazard notes are crucial for protecting your health, the health of others, and the product itself. Pay close attention to these safety notes and include them when handing over the product to others.

3. Intended Use

⚠️ CAUTION: This heated underblanket is designed for warming beds only.

4. Operation

4.1 Safety System

⚠️ CAUTION: This heated underblanket is equipped with a SAFETY SYSTEM. This sensor technology prevents the entire surface from overheating by automatically switching off the unit in the event of a fault. If the safety system has switched off the heated underblanket, the temperature setting will not be illuminated even when the unit is switched on. In this case, the heated underblanket is no longer operable for safety reasons and must be sent to the indicated service address. Do not connect a defective heated underblanket with another control of the same type, as this would trigger a permanent shut-off via the control's safety system.

4.2 Putting into Operation

This heated underblanket must be fixed onto the mattress.

  1. Leave space for the pillow and place the heated underblanket on the mattress with the plug-in connector facing the pillow. The plug-in connector is located on the underside of the heated underblanket.
  2. Stretch all of the elastic straps over the corners of the mattress. All 4 corners of the heated underblanket are then fixed onto the mattress.

⚠️ CAUTION: Regularly check the position of the heated underblanket on the mattress. The heated underblanket must never be used if it is folded.

After fixing the heated underblanket to the mattress, place your bed sheet on top as usual, so that the heated underblanket is between the mattress and the bed sheet.

4.3 How to Use

⚠️ CAUTION: Make sure that the heated underblanket is spread out entirely flat and that it will not rumple up or crease when in use.

Step 1: Set Up the Product

Connect the control to the heated underblanket by plugging in the connector. Then, plug the power plug into the mains outlet.

⚠️ WARNINGS: You must set up the product correctly step by step. Incorrect setup may cause misuse, and the light "4" will flicker accordingly. If this occurs, unplug the product, disconnect it, and operate again the correct way.

Turn On the Product

To switch on the heated underblanket, use the ON/OFF button on the back of the controller. The POWER light on the screen will turn on. Then, press the ON/OFF button on the front of the controller. The POWER light will remain on during use. To turn off, switch the back button OFF, and the POWER light will turn off.

Setting the Temperature

There are 4 levels of temperature setting: 1-2-3-4.

  1. Press the ON/OFF button on the operator panel. The temperature will be set to level 1, and the timer will automatically set to 8H.
  2. Switch to higher/lower temperature levels by pressing the "+" or "-" buttons.

Setting the Timer

There are 4 levels of timer setting (2H, 4H, 8H, 12H). The product will automatically shut off after 2, 4, 8, or 12 hours, according to your selection.

Switch the timer setting by pressing the "TIME" button, and then adjust the duration longer or shorter by pressing the "+" or "-" buttons.

Turn Off the Product

  1. Press the "ON/OFF" button on the operator panel.
  2. Switch the "ON/OFF" button on the back of the controller OFF until the POWER light is turned off.

⚠️ WARNING: When the timer is up, the "12H" light will flicker to warn you to turn off the product. Press the ON/OFF button on the top of the controller and switch the back button OFF until the POWER light is off. If you do not switch the back button off, the POWER light will remain on, which is not safe for use.

NOTE on Usage

ℹ️ NOTE: The fastest way to warm up the heated underblanket is to initially set the highest temperature setting. VEVOR strongly recommends switching on the heated underblanket approximately 30 minutes before going to bed and covering it with the quilt to prevent warmth from escaping.

⚠️ WARNING: If the heated underblanket is used continuously (for several hours), it is recommended to use the lowest setting of the control to avoid overheating of the user.

5. Cleaning and Care

⚠️ WARNING: Always remove the power plug from the mains outlet and disconnect the control from the heated underblanket by unplugging it at the connector. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock.

⚠️ CAUTION: The control must never come into contact with water or other liquids, as this could damage the controller. To clean the controller, use a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.

The textile cover can be cleaned according to the symbols on the label and must be removed from the controller prior to cleaning.

⚠️ CAUTION: Note that the heated underblanket must not be dry-cleaned, wrung out, machine dried, or ironed.

The heated underblanket is machine washable. Set the washing machine to a particularly gentle, 30°C cycle (woolens program). Use a mild detergent with dosage according to the manufacturer's instructions.

⚠️ CAUTION: Note that the heated underblanket will suffer from too frequent washing. For its entire life, therefore, the heated underblanket should be washed no more than 5 times in a washing machine.

While the heated underblanket is still damp after washing, shape it to its original form and size and place it flat over a clothes drying rack to dry.

⚠️ CAUTION: Do not attach the heated underblanket to washing lines with washing pegs or the like, as this may damage the heated underblanket.

Only reconnect the controller to the heated underblanket after the connector and the heated underblanket are completely dry. Otherwise, the heated underblanket may be damaged.

⚠️ WARNING: Under no circumstances switch on the heated underblanket to dry it. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock.

6. Storage

When not in use, VEVOR recommends storing the heated underblanket in its original packaging. To do this, disconnect the control from the heated underblanket by unplugging the plug-in coupling.

⚠️ CAUTION: Allow the heated underblanket to cool down before folding. Otherwise, the heated underblanket may be damaged. Do not crease the heated underblanket by placing items on top of it during storage.

7. Disposal

For environmental reasons, do not dispose of the device in household waste at the end of its useful life. Dispose of the unit at a suitable local collection or recycling point. Dispose of the device in accordance with EC Directive - WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

If you have any questions, please contact the local authorities responsible for waste disposal.

8. In the Event of Problems

Problem Cause Solution
The temperature settings are not illuminated while:
  • the control is properly connected to the heating underblanket
  • the power plug is connected to a working socket
  • the slider is set to 1, 2, 3, or 4
The safety system has switched the heating underblanket off permanently. Send the heating underblanket and the control for servicing.
