Warranty Information
This appliance has a two-year warranty period from the date of purchase. During this period, the distributor is responsible for failures directly attributable to material or manufacturing defects. If such defects occur, the appliance will be replaced or repaired if necessary. The warranty period does not restart but continues for two years from the purchase date. The warranty is granted based on the sales receipt. For accessories and wear-and-tear components, the warranty is 6 months.
The warranty and responsibility of the supplier and manufacturer lapse automatically in the following cases:
- Failure to follow the instructions in this manual.
- Incorrect connection, e.g., excessive electrical voltage.
- Incorrect, rough, or abnormal use.
- Insufficient or incorrect maintenance.
- Repairs or modifications made by the consumer or unauthorized third parties.
- Use of parts or accessories not recommended or supplied by the supplier/manufacturer.

- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 16 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience/knowledge, provided they are supervised or have received instructions on safe use and understand the hazards.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 16 years.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power source when not in use, during maintenance, or when replacing parts.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid hazards.
- CAUTION: To avoid hazards, do not supply the appliance through an external switching device (like a timer) or connect it to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off.
- Ensure the fan is switched off before removing the guard.
- Do not operate with a damaged cord/plug, or if the appliance malfunctions or is damaged. Return to DOMO service for examination/repair.
- To protect against electric shock or burns, do not immerse the unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Do not let the power cord hang over edges or touch hot surfaces.
- Use only for its intended purpose.
- Never leave the appliance unattended while operating.
- Do not place near heat sources (burners, ovens).
- Do not use or store outdoors.
- Do not move while in use.
- Failure to maintain cleanliness can shorten lifespan and lead to hazardous situations.
Parts Description
The appliance consists of the following parts:
- Control Panel: Located at the top, featuring buttons for Timer, COOL, WIND, Speed settings (LO, MI, HI), and STOP.
- Vertical Air Vent: The main outlet for air.
- Horizontal Air Vent: Allows for directional airflow.
- Water Level Indicator: A visible gauge to check the water level in the reservoir.
- Wheels: For easy mobility.
- Handle: For carrying the unit.
- Dust Filter: Located at the back, captures dust particles.
- Honeycomb Water Filter: Absorbs water for cooling.
- Water Reservoir: Holds water for the cooling function.
- Water Reservoir Handle: For removing and reinserting the reservoir.
- Cooling Elements (Ice Packs): Reusable packs to be frozen and placed in the water reservoir to cool the air.
Control Panel and Functions
Control Panel:
- Timer: Sets the operating time.
- COOL: Activates the humidifier/cooler function.
- WIND: Activates the oscillation function for air distribution.
- Speed Settings (LO - MI - HI): Adjusts the fan speed from low to high.
- STOP: Turns off the fan.
Use:
- Fill the water tank with clean water, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum level. Make sure the drain plug is secured.
- Fill the two cooling elements with water and freeze them completely.
- Place one frozen cooling element in the water tank. This will lower the water temperature by approximately 6°C for up to 4 hours, providing cool air.
- Add the second cooling element for even lower temperatures. The cooling elements are reusable.
Warning: Always ensure there is water in the reservoir before using the COOL function.
Functions:
- STOP-LO-MI-HI: Press LO for low speed, MI for medium speed, and HI for high speed. Press STOP to turn off the fan.
- TIMER: Set the timer to 'I' to switch on (standby) or '0' to switch off. Rotate the knob from 0 to 120 minutes for timed operation (up to 2 hours).
- WIND: Press the WIND button to activate oscillation of the vertical air vent, distributing air. Press again to deactivate.
- COOL: Ensure the water tank has water (and optionally ice packs) before using. Pressing COOL activates the water pump to send water to the honeycomb filter for cool airflow. Press again to deactivate.
Negative Ions
When the air cooler is switched on, it produces negative ions to purify the air and remove suspended dust.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Remove and clean the honeycomb filter every 1-2 months, or more often if the environment is dusty. Wash with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry for at least 4 hours before reinserting.
- The dust filter can be cleaned with water and a soft brush. Dry thoroughly before reinserting.
- Clean the water tank monthly for optimal hygiene. Empty the tank via the drain hole and dry thoroughly.
- Regularly vacuum or wipe the front air vent with a damp cloth to remove dust.
