Safety
General Safety Rules
- Read and understand the operator's manual and all labels on the machine. Familiarize yourself with its applications, limitations, and specific hazards.
- Heed all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations, and specifications provided with the power tool. Failure to comply may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury. Retain all warnings and instructions for future reference.
- Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Clutter and darkness invite accidents.
- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres (flammable liquids, gases, dust). Sparks from power tools can ignite dust or fumes.
- Keep children and bystanders away from the operating area. Distractions can lead to loss of control.
- Stay alert, use common sense, and do not operate while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, dust masks, non-skid safety shoes, and hard hats.
- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before connecting to power or a battery pack, or when picking up or carrying the tool.
- Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench left on a rotating part can cause personal injury.
- Maintain proper footing and balance at all times for better control in unexpected situations. Do not overreach.
- Dress properly. Avoid loose clothing, jewelry, or long hair that could get caught in moving parts.
- Ensure dust extraction and collection facilities are connected and used properly to reduce dust-related hazards.
- Do not become complacent due to frequent use. A careless action can lead to severe injury.
- Do not operate the machine in the rain, as this can lead to loss of control, slipping, and falling.
Power Tool Use and Care
- Do not force the power tool; use the correct tool for the application.
- Do not use the power tool if the switch does not operate correctly. A faulty switch makes the tool dangerous and requires repair.
- Store idle power tools out of reach of children. Do not allow untrained individuals to operate the power tool.
- Maintain power tools and accessories. Check for misalignment, binding parts, or breakage. Have damaged tools repaired before use.
- Use the power tool, accessories, and bits in accordance with instructions, considering working conditions and the task. Using the tool for unintended operations can be hazardous.
- Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean, and free from oil and grease for safe handling and control.
Battery Tool Use and Care
- Recharge only with the specified charger. Using an incorrect charger with a different battery pack can create a fire risk.
- Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs. Other battery packs may pose an injury or fire risk.
- Keep the battery pack away from metal objects (paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws) when not in use to prevent shorting terminals, which can cause burns or fire.
- Avoid contact with ejected liquid from a battery under abusive conditions. Flush with water if contact occurs. Seek medical help for eye contact. Ejected liquid can cause irritation or burns.
- Do not use a damaged or modified battery pack or tool, as this can lead to unpredictable behavior, fire, explosion, or injury.
- Do not expose battery packs or tools to fire or excessive temperatures (above 130°C / 265°F), as this may cause explosion.
- Follow all charging instructions and charge within the specified temperature range. Improper charging can damage the battery and increase fire risk.
Service
- Have power tools serviced by a qualified repair person using identical replacement parts to maintain safety.
- Never service damaged battery packs. Only the manufacturer or authorized service providers should service battery packs.
- Never stop the machine on a slope surface.
- For battery tools: Charge and store battery packs in an ambient temperature of 18-24°C (65-75°F) for optimal battery life. Avoid charging or storing below 0°C (32°F) or above 45°C (113°F).
Specific Safety Rules
- Thoroughly inspect and keep the work area clean and free of debris to prevent tripping hazards. Operate on flat, level ground.
- Never place body parts where they could be endangered by movement during assembly, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, or moving.
- Keep all bystanders, children, and pets at least 75 feet (23m) away. Stop the unit immediately if approached.
- Do not mount on the dump box and never carry passengers.
- Never park the machine on unstable ground that could give way, especially when loaded.
- Disengage the clutch lever before starting the engine.
- Start the engine carefully according to instructions, with feet well away from moving parts.
- Never leave the operating position when the engine is running.
- Always hold the unit with both hands when operating. Maintain a firm grip on the handlebars. Be aware that the machine may unexpectedly bounce upward or jump forward if it strikes buried obstacles.
- Walk, never run, with the machine.
- Do not overload the machine. Drive at a safe speed, adjusting for terrain, slope, and load weight.
- Exercise extreme caution when reversing or pulling the machine towards you.
- Be cautious when operating on or crossing gravel drives, walks, or roads. Stay alert for hidden hazards or traffic.
- On soft ground, use the first forward/reverse gear. Avoid rapid acceleration, sharp turns, or sudden stops.
- Exercise extreme caution on frozen ground, as the machine may skid.
- Avoid driving on pebble river beds, crushed stone, steel concrete, stumpy fields, or logs, as this can cause damage or shorten the machine's lifespan.
- Do not operate in confined areas where there is a risk of crushing between the machine and another object.
- Never operate on slopes exceeding 20°.
- When moving on a slope, always ensure the weight is evenly balanced. Move parallel to the slope (up or down). Do not shift gears on slopes.
- When tipping loads, the center of gravity changes. Ground conditions are crucial for stability. Be aware of hazards on soft ground or when the load sticks to the body (e.g., wet clay).
Unpacking the Container

Assembly
Handle Bar
Mount the right and left handle with M8x25 bolts (See Figure 1).

Lighting Lamp
Mount the light and fasten it with M8x20 nuts (See Figure 2).

Front Wheel
Mount the front wheels and fasten them with M14 hub nut and Spring washer 14. Mount the rear wheels and fasten them with Axle sleeve (See Figure 3).

Mount the Rear Axle and fasten it with M8x20 nuts (See Figure 4).

Mount the dumper box and fasten it with M8 nuts (See Figure 5).
Handle
Connect the handle to the skip using Hex lock nut M8, Hex bolt M8X20mm, and Flat washer 8 (See Figure 6).

Know Your Machine
- Dumper Box: The container for carrying materials.
- Lighting Lamp: Provides illumination when light is poor.
- Forward and Reverse Button: Red button on the handle controls direction. 'D' for forward, 'R' for reverse.
- Control Panel: Houses switches, buttons, and indicators.
- Tipping Handle: Controls the tipping of the dump box. Squeeze to tip. Ensure the box is locked before tipping.
- Clutch Control Lever: Squeeze to engage the clutch; release to disengage.
- Battery: Power source.
- 1000W DC motor: Provides power to the machine.

Clutch Control Lever
Squeeze the control lever to engage the clutch. Release the lever to disengage the clutch.
Tipping Handle
This controls the tipping of the dump box. Squeeze the handle to tip the dumper box. Refer to operating instructions for detailed procedures. Ensure the dump box is locked before use.
Lighting Lamp
The light can be turned on when visibility is poor.
Forward and Reverse Button
The red button on the handle controls forward and reverse movement. 'D' position for forward, 'R' position for reverse.
Universal Wheel
To turn right or left, firmly hold the handlebar to control the universal wheels. The machine will move forward and backward directly.
Electrical Wheelbarrow Operation
Control Panel
- Battery Switch: Turns the machine power ON/OFF. Five electricity indicators show battery level when ON.
- Front Light Button

- Speed Button: Selects speed 1, 2, or 3.
- Voltmeter: Displays battery voltage.
- Switch Lock: Turns the dumper ON/OFF using the key.
Preliminary Checks Before Driving
- Battery: Check battery status via the display.
- Tracks: Check for tension, looseness, or damage.
- Cleaning: Ensure no dirt or debris is present.
- Tightening of parts: Check for loose components and tighten as needed.
- Transmission clutch lever: Check operation.
- Steering clutch levers: Check operation.
- Container box: Ensure it is locked in the lowered position.

Battery Check and Recharge
- Push and hold the tipping handle in position.
- To raise the hopper, push the tipping handle forward until the desired position is reached, then release to stop.
- To lower the hopper, pull the tipping handle back. Release to stop.
- Battery: Recharge the battery with the appropriate charger. Avoid dust or water entering the charging port.
- Turn on the battery.
- Turn on the dumper with the keys.
- Check the battery percentage on the display.
Starting
- Turn the battery ON.
- Ensure the transmission clutch is in the STOP position.
- Turn the dumper ON using the keys.
- Engage the gear: 'F' for forward, 'R' for reverse.
- Choose the speed (1, 2, or 3).
Driving
- Before starting, check brake function.
- For steep descents, use LOW SPEED (throttle in position 1) to avoid loss of control.
- Turns may be abrupt; ensure the load is secured and pay attention when steering on slopes.
Load Carrying
- Respect load limits and slope limits.
- On slopes, drive using the first gear, reduce speed, and proceed with caution.
- When going downhill, reduce engine speed and use the engine brake.
- Be especially careful when moving or stopping on slopes.
- On steep slopes, avoid gear changes and U-turns.
- Secure the load with ropes. If stability is compromised, reduce the load.
- Consider reducing load height if visibility decreases on slopes.
- Flat terrain condition: Max load = 1100 lb, Max load height = 32 in (from bottom surface of the box).
- Slope condition: Max admissible slope = 15°. Max load = 441 lb for slopes < 10° (17%); 221 lb for slopes between 10° and 15° (17%-26%). Max load height = 12 in for descent, 20 in for ascent (from bottom surface of the box).
- Do not position the load to unbalance the center of gravity. Pay attention to load height and width.
- Ensure the load does not protrude from the box walls or reduce operator visibility.
- Secure the load with ropes or straps using fixing hooks. Do not tie ropes to other machine parts.
- When carrying heavy loads, ensure the load is well-distributed and not tilted to prevent tipping.
- Before operating, check that the box is locked (side walls and front wall).
- On soft or uneven ground, reduce speed and pay close attention.
- Use low gear and throttle position 1 on steep descents. Never use reverse gear downhill.
- Be extremely careful when starting, stopping, or steering on slopes.
Unloading
- Before unloading, stop the machine and ensure the unloading area is clear of people and other objects.
- Take the handle and pull the cable.
- Lift the lever and tilt the box.
- After unloading, return the box to its original position, push the lever firmly, and lock it in place.
Normal Switch Off
- Release the throttle lever to brake and stop the dumper.
- Turn the key to OFF.
- Turn the battery switch to OFF.
Emergency Switch Off
- Release the throttle lever to brake and stop the dumper. The machine will stop.
- Turn the battery switch to OFF.
Maintenance
Periodic maintenance and adjustments are crucial for keeping the machine in good condition. Follow the maintenance schedule.
- Do not start maintenance in poor visibility.
- Stop the machine before any maintenance operation.
- Wait for hot parts to cool down before maintenance.
- Maintenance operators must use personal protective equipment (gloves, shoes, glasses).
- Use recommended products and original spare parts or equivalents. Using non-equivalent parts can damage the machine.
Lubricating the Wheels
Lubricate wheels every 100 hours of use for smooth operation.
Tires
Check lug nuts on tires for security. Loose nuts can cause tire detachment and loss of control.
Hardware
Periodically check all fasteners and hardware for proper tightness. Retighten any loose hardware.
Wire Connections
Periodically check all wire connections.
Brake System
Check the motor's carbon brush; replace if severely worn.
Charger
Regularly inspect the charger for damage to the cord, plug, housing, or other parts that could pose a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury. Do not use a damaged charger until it is properly repaired.
Battery
Regularly inspect batteries, keeping them clean and dry. Fully charge installed batteries before each use. Always charge batteries in an upright position. For best results, charge batteries while installed in the machine. When storing, keep the battery box and/or machine upright with drive wheels and support legs flat on level ground.
Storage
If the machine will not be used for over 30 days, follow these storage guidelines:
- Fully charge batteries before storage and recharge them regularly.
- Keep batteries clean and dry. Do not store the machine in wet environments. Batteries age during storage.
- Protect batteries from overheating and flames to prevent explosion.
- Clean the machine exterior with a clean cloth and keep air vents clear of obstructions.
- Store the unit on flat ground in a clean, dry, well-ventilated building.
- Do not expose the wheelbarrow to direct sunlight during storage.
- Before storing batteries, disconnect them from any electrical circuit and store them in a cool, dry place.
- Disconnect batteries from the motor unit by separating connectors and cables from terminals during storage.
