  • Use low gear and throttle position 1 on steep descents. Never use reverse gear downhill.
  • Be extremely careful during starting, stopping, or steering on slopes.

Load Carrying

  • Respect load limits and slope limits.
  • Do not position the load to unbalance the center of gravity. Pay attention to load height and width.
  • Ensure the load does not protrude from the box or reduce visibility.
  • Secure the load with ropes or straps. Do not fasten ropes to other parts of the machine.
  • When carrying heavy loads, ensure the load is well distributed and not tilted to prevent tipping.
  • Check that the box is locked (side walls and front wall) before operating.
  • On soft or uneven ground, reduce speed and pay close attention.
  • The turn may be abrupt; ensure the load is well secured. Pay particular attention when steering on slopes.

Load Limits

  • Flat terrain: Max load = 1100 lbs, Max load height = 32 inches from the bottom surface of the box.
  • Slope condition:
    • Max admissible slope = 15°.
    • Max load = 441 lbs for slopes < 10° (17%).
    • Max load = 221 lbs for slopes between 10° and 15° (17%-26%).
    • Max load height = 12 inches for descent, 20 inches for ascent (from bottom surface of the box).
  • On slopes, always drive using first level gear.
  • On unstable ground, reduce speed and proceed with caution.
  • Downhill, reduce engine speed and use the engine brake.
  • Be especially careful when moving or stopping on slopes.
  • On steep slopes, avoid gear changes and U-turns.
  • Secure the load with ropes. If stability is not achieved, reduce the load.
  • Consider reducing load height if visibility decreases on slopes.

Unloading

  • Before unloading, stop the machine and ensure the unloading area is clear of people and other objects.
  • 1. Take the handle and pull the cable.
  • 2. Lift the lever and tilt the box.
  • 3. After unloading, return the box to its original position, push the lever firmly, and lock it in the lowered position.

Normal Switch Off

  1. Release the accelerator lever to brake and stop the dumper.
  2. Turn the ignition key to OFF.
  3. Turn the battery switch to OFF.

Emergency Switch Off

  1. Release the accelerator lever to brake and stop the dumper. The machine will stop.
  2. Turn the battery switch to OFF.

Maintenance

Periodic maintenance and adjustments are required to maintain the machine in good condition. Follow the maintenance schedule.

  • Safety Precautions:
    • Stop the machine before any maintenance operation.
    • Wait for hot parts to cool down before maintenance.
    • Maintenance operators must use personal protective equipment (gloves, shoes, glasses).
    • Use recommended products and original spare parts or their equivalent.
  • Lubricating the Wheels: Recommended every 100 hours of use for smooth operation.
  • Tires: Check lug nuts for security to prevent the tire from coming loose.
  • Hardware: Periodically check fasteners for proper tightness and retighten if necessary.
  • Wire Connections: Periodically check all wire connections.
  • Brake System: Check the carbon brush of the motor for wear and replace if necessary.
  • Charger: Regularly examine the charger for damage to the cord, plug, or housing. Do not use a damaged charger.
  • Battery: Keep batteries clean and dry. Fully charge batteries before each use. Always charge batteries in the upright position. For best results, charge while installed in the machine.
  • Storage (if not used for over 30 days):
    • Fully charge batteries before storage and charge them regularly.
    • Keep batteries clean and dry. Do not store the machine in wet environments.
    • Protect batteries from overheating and flames.
    • Clean the machine exterior with cloths and keep air vents clear.
    • Store the unit on flat ground in a clean, dry, well-ventilated building.
    • Do not expose the wheelbarrow to direct sunlight during storage.
    • Before storing batteries, disconnect them from any electrical circuit and store them in a cool, dry place.
    • Disconnect batteries from the motor unit by separating connectors and cables.

Troubleshooting

Machine does not run, stopped suddenly, short run time, sluggish, or no battery lights:

  • Cause: Undercharged battery.
  • Remedy: Charge the battery. A new battery requires at least 12 hours of initial charging. Recharge until the green light illuminates.
  • Cause: Charger is not working.
  • Remedy: Check all connectors, ensure the charger is plugged into the battery box and the outlet. Verify power to the outlet. Contact customer service if you suspect a charger issue.
  • Cause: Loose wire or connectors.
  • Remedy: Check all wires and connectors, ensuring the motor harness connector is plugged into the battery and there are no loose wires.
  • Cause: Dead battery.
  • Remedy: Charge the battery as per the owner's manual.
  • Cause: Overcharged battery.
  • Remedy: Do not charge longer than 30 hours. Contact customer service if damage is suspected.
  • Cause: Machine is overloaded or running conditions are too stressful.
  • Remedy: Do not overload the machine (max capacity 1100 lbs) and operate in less stressful environments.

Sometimes the machine doesn't run, but other times it does:

  • Cause: Loose wire or connector.
  • Remedy: Check all wire connections to ensure they are tight.
  • Cause: Motor or electrical damage.
  • Remedy: Contact customer service for diagnosis and repair.

Battery makes a sizzling or gurgling noise when charging:

  • Cause: Normal for batteries to make noise or swell slightly during charging.
  • Remedy: No action required. If your battery does not make noise or swell, it does not mean it is not accepting a charge.

One or more tires are flat:

  • Cause: Tire has lost air.
  • Remedy: Inflate the tire with the proper air quantity.
  • Cause: Tire puncture.
  • Remedy: Patch or replace the damaged inner tube.
  • Cause: Leaky tire air valve.
  • Remedy: Replace or tighten the tire air valve.

Machine feels loose or less solid than initial assembly:

  • Cause: Hardware has become loose.
  • Remedy: Retighten all hardware using tools.
