  1. Remove water tank: Insert fingers into the lower groove of the tank and gently pull it out.

  3. Install water tank: Place the water tank back into the unit until it clicks into position. The 'Water Tank Full' indicator will turn off, and the unit will resume operation.
  4. Do not remove float: Never remove or discard the polyfoam floater from the water tank, as this will cause the auto-stop function to fail.

Notice:

Continuous Drainage (Hose Drain Installation)

For continuous drainage, connect a hose:

  1. Use a tool to open the continuous drain hole on the back of the unit.
  2. Insert a hose (13-15mm inner diameter, self-purchase) through the drain hole.
  3. Connect the L-shaped drain port to the hose.
  4. Reinstall the water tank in its proper position. The dehumidifier will not function if the tank is not installed correctly.

Caution: Do not drain water continuously if there is a possibility of leaving the unit unattended for long periods.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficiency of your dehumidifier. Always disconnect the unit from the power socket before cleaning.

Cleaning of Filter:

A clogged filter reduces dehumidification efficiency and can cause failure. Clean the filter every 2 weeks.

  1. Remove the air inlet cover.
  2. Remove the prefilter. Clean dust using a vacuum cleaner (place dirty side up) or wash under tap water (place dirty side down). Dry the filter completely before reinstalling.
  3. Reinstall the prefilter in its original position. Ensure it is completely dry to prevent water from entering the unit.

Notice:

Cleaning the Main Unit:

  1. Wipe the unit with a soft cloth moistened with warm water (below 40°C) or mild detergent.
  2. Clean with a neutral detergent and then wipe with a damp cloth.
  3. Clean the control panel with a dry cloth to avoid short circuits.
  4. Do not use solvents, alcohol, or thinners, as they can damage the surface.
  5. Avoid using volatile chemicals, gasoline, or harsh detergents.

Storage:

  1. Completely empty and dry the water tank.
  2. Turn off the unit, unplug it, and tidy the power cord.
  3. Clean the air filter.
  4. Cover the unit with a plastic bag and store it in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Photocatalytic Filter Cleaning and Replacement

The photocatalytic filter helps purify the air. Its lifespan is about 5 years.

  1. Remove the photocatalytic filter from its plastic bag.
  2. Remove the air inlet cover and insert the filter into the fixed hook completely.
  3. Using this filter may decrease dehumidifying capacity by 3-5%.
  4. Before cleaning, stop the unit and turn off the power.
  5. Cleaning: Clean the filter every 6 months. Remove the filter, wash it under tap water, and dry it in sunlight for about 6 hours. Do not wash with soap or squeeze to avoid damage.

If the filter becomes damaged, it should be replaced. Filter life depends on usage and environmental conditions. It is a consumable item and should be replaced as scheduled. Contact your nearest service center.
