- Headlight switch: Push to turn the front light ON, push again to turn OFF.
- Photosensitive switch: Automatically turns on front and rear lights when ambient light becomes dark, even if the headlight switch is not activated.
- Gear shift switch: Toggle to switch between 1, 2, and 3 gears (Low speed mode: no 'D', Normal model: white 'D', High-speed mode: Red 'D').
- Horn button: Short press to activate the horn ('beep, beep').
- Brakes: Hold the brake levers to slow down or stop the bike.
Note: When the brake is active, turning the throttle knob to accelerate is invalid!
Product assembly
1. Open and fix the handle bar of the e-bike
Step 1: Lift the steering column and front of the scooter, then fasten the folding buckle. Step 2: Turn the securing ring on the folding buckle. Step 3: Align the handlebar with the top of the steering column and secure with four screws.
Note: Diagram illustrating screw adjustment for looseness or tightness. Over-tightening can make the folding buckle difficult to operate.
2. Install brake lever
Illustration showing a brake lever being positioned and tightened with an Allen key.
3. Install pedal
Left side: Install the left crank (without tooth disc) onto the left shaft and secure with screws. Screw the pedal marked "L" into the left crank, noting the counterclockwise thread direction.
Right side: Install the right crank (with chainring) onto the right shaft and secure with screws. Screw the pedal marked "R" into the right crank, noting the clockwise thread direction.
4. Install battery pack
Install the battery: Align the battery with the guide rail, insert fully, and lock with the key turned clockwise.
Remove the battery: Turn the battery lock 90 degrees anticlockwise and pull the rope to remove the battery.
5. Install the chain
Thread the chain through the chainring and motor flywheel, connect with a buckle, add a washer, and secure with a circlip. Note: Adjust chain tension by loosening motor fixing screws (M19) and adjusting with an M10 wrench.
6. Install the bike seat
Open the seat tube locking wrench, insert the seat post into the frame tube, adjust height (observing the safety line), and tighten the wrench.
How to ride
- Safety Gear: Wear a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads during riding. Illustration of protective gear.
- Seat Adjustment: Adjust the seat to a comfortable height for riding, ensuring the knee angle is approximately 25-35 degrees when the pedal is at its lowest point. Illustration showing seat height adjustment and knee angle.
- Power On: Insert the key into the lock and turn clockwise to the ON position. Check the battery level on the display. Illustration of key insertion and display.
- Straddle and Brake: Hold the brake levers tightly, straddle the bike, and place your right foot on a pedal. Illustration of straddling the bike and holding brakes.
- Starting to Ride: Slowly release the brakes, push off with your left foot, then place it on the pedal and begin pedaling alternately. Hold the handlebars firmly. Illustration of starting to ride and pedaling.
Note: For the first ride, it is recommended to have someone assist with stabilization.
- Cycling Modes: The electric bicycle offers three modes: Fitness mode (manual pedaling), Electric power mode (pedaling with motor assist), and Electric mode (throttle-only).
Note: When using the throttle for the first time, accelerate slowly to prevent loss of control.
- Speed Control and Braking: Release the throttle knob to slow down. Squeeze the brake levers firmly for braking.
Notes: Braking distance increases in rain or snow. Use both front and rear brakes for emergency stops. Avoid using only the front brake at high speeds to prevent rollover.

Battery Instruction
This instruction covers battery charging, maintenance, safety notices, and specifications to prolong battery life and performance.
6.1 Battery Parameters
Name | Parameter Name | Parameter | Name | Parameter | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Type | Li-ion battery | Rated Voltage | 36V | ||
Max Charging Voltage | 42V | Battery Capacity | 10Ah | Charging time | 5-6h |
Max Charging Current | 2A | Store Time | 3 months (full charge) | ||
Temperature | -10-40°C | Charging Temperature | 0-40°C |
6.2 Battery Safety
- Charge and use the battery within the specified temperature range for stable operation.
- Unplug the charger before installing or using the battery.
- Do not disassemble or pierce the battery pack to avoid short circuits and injury.
- Do not expose the battery to water, fire, or high temperatures (above 50°C) to prevent failure or fire.
- If the battery is exposed to water, stop use immediately and send for testing.
- Only use the original charger to prevent damage or fire.
- If the battery emits unusual smells, smoke, or heat, discontinue use and avoid contact with other objects.
- Fully charge the battery before storage to extend its life.
- Avoid high temperatures (>50°C) and low temperatures (<-20°C).
- For storage longer than 30 days, fully charge first and store in a cool, dry place. Recharge at least every 90 days.
- Avoid recharging when the battery is completely depleted; charge as soon as possible. Battery performance is best at room temperature and decreases in cold environments.
- Improper disposal pollutes the environment; follow local regulations.
Reminder:
- The battery is protected and cannot be charged if its internal temperature exceeds 50°C.
- A fully charged battery may deplete after 90-120 days of standby. Failure to recharge can cause irreversible damage due to excessive discharge, voiding the warranty.
6.3 Charging steps
Open the battery dust cover, insert the charger's DC plug into the battery's charging base, and plug the AC charger into a 100-240V, 50/60Hz power socket. The indicator will turn red during charging.
Charging Method A: Illustration showing the charging port and DC plug insertion.
Charging Method B: Illustration of the battery lock.
Note: Use only the original standard power adapter to avoid danger from power mismatch.

Daily maintenance
8.1 Cleaning and storage of electric bikes
Wipe stains with a damp soft cloth. For scratched plastic parts, use sandpaper or other abrasive materials for polishing.
Reminder:
- Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive solvents for cleaning, as they can damage the bike's appearance and internal structure.
- Avoid using high-pressure water guns. Ensure the bike is turned OFF, the charger is unplugged, and the charging port dust cover is fastened before cleaning to prevent electric shock or failure.
- Store electric bikes in a cool, dry indoor place. Avoid prolonged outdoor storage, as sun exposure, overheating, and cold can accelerate aging and reduce battery life.
8.2 Inflation and maintenance of tires
These are pneumatic tires. Inflate when the tire sinks 20%-30%. Recommended tire pressure is 240 Kpa-310 Kpa. Check tire inflation at least once every 2-3 months to prevent punctures and extend tire life. Diagram showing tire inflation and recommended pressure.
