Battery Instructions
This section covers how consumers charge and maintain the battery for a long lifespan and optimal performance. Please refer to this manual and follow instructions.
6.1 Battery Parameters
Name | Parameter | Name | Parameter | Name | Parameter |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Type | Lithium battery | Battery Capacity | 15.6Ah | Rated Voltage | 36V |
Max Charging Voltage | 42V | Max Charging Current | 2A | Charging time | 8-9h |
Temperature | -10-40°C | Charging Temperature | 0-40°C | Store Time (3 months, full charge) | (-10-40°C) |
Recommended tire pressure: 220Kpa~240Kpa
12. Before riding an electric scooter, please carefully check its condition to ensure there are no signs of looseness or damage on any part.
13. Before using the electric scooter, check whether the power circuit, front and rear lights, reflectors, front and rear brakes are normal. Stop using it and repair it in time if there is an abnormality.
6.2 Battery Warnings
- 1. The battery must be charged and used within the specified temperature range for stable and efficient operation.
- 2. Please remove the charger when installing the battery to prevent any danger.
- 3. Never dissolve, impale, or allow metal objects to contact the battery pin electrode, as this may damage the battery.
- 4. Do not disassemble or pierce the battery pack casing to avoid short circuits caused by metal objects contacting battery contacts, which could lead to battery damage or personal injury.
- 5. If water enters the battery circuit, it may cause fire or explosion. Stop using the battery immediately and contact after-sales service.
- 6. Only use the original adapter provided. Using other chargers may lead to unexpected consequences.
- 7. If the battery is broken, smells bad, or feels hot, stop using it and keep it away from other items.
- 8. Storing the battery at 100% charge helps prolong its lifespan.
- 9. Do not store the battery below -20°C or above 50°C.
- 10. If the battery is not used for more than 30 days, charge it to at least 80% capacity. Charge it to 100% every 90 days to protect its function.
- 11. Charging the battery properly after each drive significantly prolongs its lifespan. At room temperature, the battery offers higher range and performance. Performance degrades below 0°C; the range may be half or less at -10°C compared to room temperature.
- 12. Do not charge or park electric scooters in residential buildings. Keep away from combustibles when charging, and avoid prolonged charging times.
- 13. Improper disposal of used batteries can seriously pollute the environment. Please abide by local regulations when disposing of batteries.
Tips:
- 1. If the internal temperature of the battery exceeds 50°C, it enters a protected state and cannot be charged.
- 2. After a full charge, the electric scooter's stored power depletes after about 90-120 days of standby. If not recharged in time, excessive discharge can cause unrecoverable battery damage, which is beyond warranty.
6.3 Charging Steps
- Open the dust cover on the battery charging stand.
- Connect the DC plug of the charger to the battery charging socket.
- Connect the AC plug of the charger to the AC power socket (100-240V, 50/60Hz). The charger's red light will turn on, indicating charging. The indicator turns green when charging is complete.
Tip: When the battery is charged separately, the charging status can be viewed on the battery's charging indicator. It displays red when charging and green when fully charged.
Note: Only use the original electric scooter charger for charging. Do not use other models of power chargers to avoid danger caused by voltage mismatch.

Maintenance
8.1 Cleaning and Storage of Electric Scooter
If there are stains on the surface of the electric scooter, wipe with a damp soft cloth. If the plastic parts of the body are scratched, use sandpaper or other abrasive materials for polishing.
Tips:
- 1. It is forbidden to use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive and volatile chemical solvents for cleaning, as they will seriously damage the appearance and internal structure of the scooter.
- 2. It is forbidden to use high-pressure water guns to spray and flush. When cleaning the electric scooter, ensure the scooter is turned off, the charger is unplugged, and the dust cover of the charging port is fastened. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock or major failure due to the scooter being flooded.
- 3. Electric scooters should be stored in a cool and dry indoor place. Avoid storing outdoors for extended periods. Sun exposure, overheating, and cold outdoor environments will accelerate the aging of the electric scooter and tires, and reduce the lifespan of the electric scooter and its lithium battery.
8.2 Maintenance of Electric Scooter Tires
The tires of this product are pneumatic. When the tire tread sinks 20%-30%, it needs to be inflated. The recommended inflated tire pressure is 220 Kpa-240 Kpa. The tires need to be inflated at least once every 2-3 months. Regular inspection of tire inflation can reduce the risk of punctures and extend the life of the tire.
