Truck iQ™ Smart Battery Dashboard

The EnerSys Truck iQ™ smart battery dashboard is an equipment-mounted display module designed to provide operators with a live view of critical battery operating conditions, including battery charge level. It integrates with the Wi-iQ® battery monitoring device via Bluetooth or CAN to deliver a comprehensive range of alerts, alarms, and performance data, ultimately helping to optimize battery performance.

By offering real-time battery information in an accessible, easy-to-read format, the Truck iQ™ system assists operators in maintaining batteries at optimal condition, thereby preventing costly unplanned downtime caused by premature battery failure.

Battery Intelligence on Display

The Truck iQ™ battery monitoring device features a 4.3-inch (10.9 cm) touchscreen display, conveniently mounted on the vehicle dashboard for easy viewing and access. The screen activates automatically upon equipment power-up and alerts the driver to necessary information via alarms and notifications.

Operators can review essential battery operating data without needing to stop the equipment. This data includes:

• Remaining run time
• State of Charge (SOC)
• Malfunction warnings
• Battery temperature
• Electrolyte levels

The dashboard display provides a simulated screen showing key information: battery charge level at 80%, remaining time of 05H10, temperature at 25°C, and detailed metrics such as Type, Discharge KWh, Charge KWh, Discharge time, NbCellPar, NbCellSer, and EBU with their respective values. It also includes a date/time stamp of 07/11/2018 10:20.
