Offer valid July 31st – August 20th, 2025.
Rebate provided in the form of a physical or virtual Nationwide Marketing Group Prepaid MasterCard in the amount of $100 with the purchase of qualifying Electrolux laundry pairs. Only one model per product category allowed. Limit one rebate code per household. Additional terms apply, see details and qualifying models on page 3. Late submissions will not be accepted.
How to Receive Your Prepaid Card
Online Submission
To submit online, please visit www.NationwideRebateCenter.com.
Mail-In Submission
If you choose to mail in your rebate request, please ensure that you have the following:
- Complete ALL information on the rebate form – including model number and serial number for each product. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Mark the models purchased on this form.
- A copy of your original Sales Receipt or Invoice which shows the model number, date of purchase, invoice number, and name of the store where the appliances were purchased.
- The serial number for the products that you purchased.
- For assistance locating your model and serial numbers, visit the manufacturer website.
Before You Submit
- A clear copy of your original Invoice (photo or PDF with all four corners of the page) showing: complete payment, purchase date, model number(s), retailer name and address and your name and address.
- A valid Serial Number is required to complete your rebate. If you are not taking delivery of your product(s) until after the program postmark date of 09/20/25, please submit your claim by the postmark date without serial number(s).

Purchases from Best Buy®, Costco Warehouse, Lowe's® and The Home Depot® are not eligible for this rebate promotion.
Deadlines
Rebate submission must be submitted online or postmarked no later than 09/20/25. Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Offer valid only to end-use consumers in all US states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Qualifying models purchased between 07/31/25 and 08/20/25 are eligible.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Fraudulent claim submission may result in federal prosecution.
- A valid Serial Number is required for rebate completion.
- Prepaid Mastercard card/virtual card issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated.
- Card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date.
For online submissions, expect 6 to 8 weeks to receive the rebate. For mail-in submission, please allow up to an additional 4 weeks.
