How to Receive Your Prepaid Card
Before you submit your rebate, please ensure that you have the following:
- A clear copy of your original Invoice (photo or PDF with all four corners of the page) showing: complete payment, purchase date, model number(s), retailer name and address, and your name and address.
- A valid Serial Number is required to complete your rebate. If you are not taking delivery of your product(s) until after the program postmark date of 09/20/25, please submit your claim by the postmark date without serial number(s).

A valid Serial Number is required to complete your rebate. Failure to provide a valid serial number will result in a noncompliant claim and rebate will not be issued.
