- Removing Bits: See Fig. B1.
- Inserting Bits: See Fig. B2.
- Assembling Belt Hook and Bit Clip: See Fig. C1, C2, C3, C4.
Operation
- Forward/Reverse Rotation Control: Use the control to change rotation direction. Warning: Never change direction while the chuck is rotating; wait until it has stopped. See Fig. D1, D2, D3.
- Two-Speed Gear Control: Select between high and low speed. See Fig. E.
- Torque Adjustment, Screwdriving, Drilling, Hammer Drilling: Adjust the torque ring for screwdriving. Select drilling or hammer drilling mode. See Fig. F1, F2, F3.
- Operating On/Off Switch: Press the switch to operate the tool. Warning: Do not operate for long periods at low speed as excess heat may be produced.
- LED Light Indicator: The LED light activates when the On/Off switch is slightly depressed and turns off 20 seconds after release. To turn on the light, press the On/Off switch and ensure the Forward/Reverse Rotation Control is in the correct position.
Tool Protection System
The tool and battery have a protection system. If the LED light flashes rapidly for 60 seconds and turns off, the system has automatically cut off power to extend battery life. The tool may stop during operation if:
- Overloaded: Tool draws abnormally high current. Release trigger and stop the overload condition, then restart.
- Overheated: If the tool does not start after overload, it may be overheated. Let the tool and battery cool before restarting.
- Low Battery Voltage: If battery capacity is too low, the tool will not operate. Remove and recharge the battery.

- Uncertainty (KpA & KWA): 5.0 dB(A)
- ? Wear ear protection.
Vibration Information
Vibration total values (triax vector sum) determined according to EN 62841:
- Drilling into metal: Vibration emission value (an,D) = 2.151 m/s², Uncertainty (K) = 1.5 m/s²
- Impact drilling into concrete: Vibration emission value (ah,ID) = 10.712 m/s², Uncertainty (K) = 1.5 m/s²
The declared vibration total value and noise emission value have been measured using a standard test method and may be used for comparing tools. They may also be used for a preliminary assessment of exposure. WARNING: Actual vibration and noise emissions may differ based on usage, workpiece, tool condition, and accessories.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Drill does not turn on when the switch is pressed. Solution: The Forward and Reverse Switch is in the lock position. Unlock it by moving it to the required rotation position. Push the trigger to start rotation. (See Fig. B).
- Problem: Drill stops before the screw is completely tightened. Solution: Verify the torque position of the Torque Adjustment Ring. Position 1 is the lowest torque, and position 22 is the highest. Position [T] is for hammer drill operation. Regulate the ring to a higher position for better results. (See Fig. E).
- Problem: Battery cannot be fitted into the battery charger. Solution: The battery can only be inserted in one direction. Turn the battery around until it fits into the slot. The red LED light should turn on when charging.
- Problem: Reasons for different battery pack working times. Solution: Charging time issues or not using the battery pack for a prolonged time can reduce its working time. This can be corrected after several charge/discharge cycles. Heavy working conditions use battery energy faster. Do not recharge the battery pack below 0°C or above 40°C, as this affects performance.
Maintenance
- Remove the battery pack from the tool before any adjustment, servicing, or maintenance.
- The power tool requires no additional lubrication or maintenance.
- There are no user-serviceable parts.
- Never use water or chemical cleaners; wipe clean with a dry cloth.
- Always store the power tool in a dry place.
- Keep motor ventilation slots clean and controls free of dust. Sparks through ventilation slots are normal.
For Battery Tools
- Ambient temperature range for use and storage: 0°C - 45°C.
- Recommended ambient temperature range for charging: 0°C - 40°C.
