Getting Started: Setup and Operation
Follow these steps to set up and operate your Ruko Carle robot:
Step 1: Charge the Robot
Connect the provided charging cable to the robot. A charging lamp indicates the charging status. A 5V/2A power adapter is required but not included.
Estimated charging time: Approximately 2 hours.
Step 2: Install Transmitter Batteries
Open the battery compartment on the transmitter and insert 2x AA 1.5V batteries. Batteries are not included.
Step 3: Download and Install the Companion App
Scan the QR code provided in the documentation or search for the Ruko application in your device's app store to download and install it.
Step 4: Power On the Robot
Locate the power switch on the robot and move it to the 'ON' position.
Step 5: Power On the Transmitter
Locate the power switch on the transmitter and move it to the 'ON' position.
Step 6: Connect via Bluetooth
On your smart device, launch the Ruko app. Select your robot from the list of available Bluetooth devices. The device name will typically appear in the format 'JT_XXXX' (e.g., JT_65DCEC).
Step 7: Basic Remote Control
Use the transmitter to perform basic robot movements, such as walking or gliding backward.
Step 8: Advanced App Control
Explore advanced functionalities through the Ruko app. This includes features like 'G-Sensor Mode Actions', which allows control by tilting your device, and other programmed actions.
