Getting Started
1. Enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the power button on the side to power on.
2. Download realme Fit App
Search for "realme Fit" in the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS), or scan the QR code to download the app.
3. Set Up and Pair
Tap the icon in the realme Fit app to add a device. Select "realme TechLife Watch S100" from nearby devices, or scan the QR code on the watch screen to pair up with the watch.
Watch Operations
Home Screen Gestures
- Swipe down to view notifications.
- Swipe up to browse applications.
- Swipe left to view functions.
- Swipe right to view the status bar.
- Press and hold to change the watch face.
Button Controls
Press Once
- Wake the watch.
- Pause or resume workout.
- Return to the previous screen in an app.
- Turn off the screen at the home screen.
Press and Hold
- Power on, off.
- About 15s for force restart.
Charging
To charge the watch, place it on the charging base. Ensure the metal pads on the back of the watch align with the metal tips on the base.

Warnings
- Do not replace the battery with an incorrect type, as this can defeat safeguards.
- Do not dispose of the battery in fire or a hot oven, or crush or cut it, as this can cause an explosion.
- Avoid leaving the battery in extremely high temperatures, which can lead to explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- Avoid exposing the battery to extremely low air pressure, which may result in explosion or leakage.
- Use only the special adapter for charging.
- Do not swallow, dismantle, pierce, ram, squeeze, or throw the battery into fire or water.
- Discontinue use if the battery shows severe swelling.
- Keep small cells and batteries out of reach of children, as they are swallowable.
- Swallowing can cause burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death. Severe burns may occur within 2 hours of ingestion.
- In case of ingestion of a cell or battery, seek immediate medical assistance.
Environmental Disposal
This symbol ♻️ indicates that according to local laws and regulations, your product and/or its battery must be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches its end of life, you can give it to a competent recycling organization. Proper recycling protects human health and the environment.
