Please read the warning and instruction for use carefully before using this appliance and comply strictly for own safety and to prevent the damage that may occur on your property.
WARNING
- The appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- Before connecting, check that the voltage power corresponds to the one shown on the appliance nameplate.
- Do not touch the hot surfaces. The temperature of the door or the outer surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. Always use thick oven gloves when handling hot materials, and allow metal parts to cool down before cleaning. Allow the units to cool thorough before putting in or taking off parts. Always use the handle when moving the electric oven.
- To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the unit in water or other liquid.
- Do not let the cord dangle over the edge of table or counter, or touch a hot surface.
- Do not place the appliance near the hot gas or electric burner or other heated oven, for this will cause fire.
- Do not place the appliance on uneven surface, covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, near a wall or furniture when in operation or it may cause fire. Do not store any items on top of the appliance during operation.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pad. Pieces will break off the pad and touch electrical part involving a risk of electrical shock.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- The symbol ⚠️ means: Caution, hot surface.
- When hot, do not apply water to the glass window, this may lead to breakage of the glass.
Instructions for Use
Before using the oven for the first time:
- Check your local main rated voltage range whether it is the same as stated on the appliance.
- Remove any protective films or stickers from the oven before use.
- Heat the empty oven by following the steps below: Insert the food tray and wire rack. Set the heater selector knob to ♨️, set the temperature control knob to 250°C and heat the empty oven for about 10 minutes.
There may be some smoke and burning smell during at first use and every usual upon first usage. Do not regard this as a malfunction.
Operating Instructions:
- Temperature control knob: Set the temperature control knob for the dishes you are going to cook.
- Convection / Rotisserie knob: Select the suitable combination of function and heating knobs according to the dishes you are going to cook.
- Heater selector knob: Select “Upper” “Lower” or “Upper and Lower” according to the dishes you are going to cook. You can observe whether the heaters are working or not by observing the indicator light.
- Timer knob: Set the arrow on the Timer knob to the number which indicates the cooking time (minutes) according to the dishes you are going to cook.
Set the Timer knob by turning it clockwise. The oven will turn off automatically at the end of the selected time and a bell will ring. When setting the timer to less than 5 mins., turn it to more than 6 mins., and then back to the required time. The oven can be turned off manually during cooking by turning the Timer knob counter-clockwise to the “OFF” position. If the inside of the oven is dirty, cooking may take slightly longer than usual.

Use Indication
Food Tray:

Rotisserie forks and handle
Note: Be careful when removing pudding and other hot liquids.
Rack Support:
There are 4 adjustable tray positions available and this can be utilized according to the food type you wish to cook.
Positions: Top, Second, Third, Bottom
Rotisserie Function
- Use with Rotisserie Forks: With this function, even baking will be provided. Rotisserie forks can carry food up to 3 kilograms.*
- Install Rotisserie Forks: Install the Rotisserie Forks to the rotisserie hole, and then put it to the rotisserie tray.
- Remove Rotisserie Forks: Use Rotisserie Handle to take out the Rotisserie Forks from the rotisserie tray, and then remove it from the rotisserie hole. Beware of hot dripping all.
* Weight may not be up to 3 kg depending on the shape of food.
Rotisserie Handle: Please always use Rotisserie Handle to take out the Rotisserie Forks.
Assembling of BBQ accessories: Plate A, B, Screws, Rotisserie forks, Screws, Barbecue skewer. Fix the two Plates on the square axis by screws. Put on the skewer with food to the plate A at the pointed end. Put on another end of skewer to the plate B.
Convection Function
Featured with a special convection function which enables better and even airflow and heat promoting even baking and providing original taste of the food.
Function of Control Knob
- Set the "Temperature" by turning clockwise to select the suitable temperature according to the dishes you are going to cook (Temperature Control ranging from 70-250°C).
- Select the suitable heating element according to the dishes you are going to cook: Rotisserie Function ♨️, Convection Function ♨️, Convection / Rotisserie Function ♨️, Upper Heating ♨️, Lower Heating ♨️, Upper & Lower Heating ♨️.
- You can observe whether the heating elements are working or not by observing the front indicator light.
- Set the arrow on the "Timer" to the number which indicates the cooking time (minutes) according to the dishes you are going to cook.
- Set the "Timer" by turning it clockwise. The oven will turn off automatically at the end of the selected time and a bell will ring.
- When setting the Timer to less than 5 mins., turn it to more than 6 mins., and then back to the selected time.
- The oven can be turned off manually during cooking by turning the “Timer” anti-clockwise to the “OFF” position.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Take off the plug and cool down before cleaning.
- When cleaning, wipe the interior and exterior surface with neutral cleanser. Then wipe again with clean water. Avoid use hard brush or any abrasive materials to clean the oven, as not to scrape the interior and exterior surface of the oven.
- Remove the tray and rack and rinse with mild detergent and warm water. Be careful not to scratch the coating.
- Avoid use toxic and abrasive cleaners such as gasoline, polishing powder, solvent.
- Avoid immersing the unit in water.
- Before storing the unit, allow the unit to cool down completely.
