Product Introduction
This USB-C Docking Station is designed to enhance connectivity by extending a computer's connection to multiple devices via a USB-C interface. It features 4 display video outputs, allowing for quadruple display simultaneously when the system supports multi-stream display devices. The docking station offers essential connections including 2x HDMI, 1x DP, and 1x VGA ports. One of the HDMI ports supports resolutions up to 4K@60Hz when the host system uses DisplayPort (DP) v1.4 (HBR3), providing high-speed transmission and excellent 4K video quality.

Front Ports
- PD3.0: Supports up to 100W upstream charging for source devices such as USB-C Laptops/MacBooks. Ensure your device supports the Power Delivery protocol.
- USB-C Input (Host): Connects to the host computer.
- 3.5mm Audio & Microphone: For audio input and output.
- USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 Data: Provides up to 10Gb/s data speed and a maximum power output of 5V/1.5A.
- USB-A 3.1: Offers 10Gbps data speed and 5V/1.5A @7.5W power output.
- USB-A 3.0: Provides 5Gbps data speed and 5V/0.9A @4.5W power output.
- USB-A 2.0: Delivers 480Mbps data speed and 5V/0.5A @2.5W power output.

- SD&Micro SD Card Reader: Supports read speeds of 50-104MB/s and write speeds of 30-80MB/s. (Data transfer rates are subject to the speed of the memory card and your computer's USB ports.)
Connection Diagram Description
This section illustrates the typical connection setup for the docking station. A source device, such as a Notebook, Mobile, or Tablet PC, connects to the docking station via its USB-C port. The docking station then expands connectivity to multiple external displays through its HDMI 1, HDMI 2, DP, and VGA ports. Additionally, it provides access to other peripherals via its USB-A ports, network connectivity through the RJ45 Ethernet port, and data storage access via the SD and Micro SD card readers.
Graphics Settings for Windows 10
To configure display modes on Windows 10:
- Clone Mode: Right-click on the desktop, navigate to "Graphics Settings" > "Display". Select "Clone Display" from the available display mode options.
- Extended Desktop: Right-click on the desktop, navigate to "Graphics Settings" > "Display". Select "Extended Desktop" from the display mode options. (Note: Extended Desktop functionality is not supported by Apple devices).
Within the graphics settings, users can also manage general and color settings, detect displays, and configure custom resolutions. The system allows selection of one or more active displays from a list that typically includes the Built-in Display, HDMI Display, DP Display, and VGA Display.
Graphics Settings for Mac
To configure display modes on macOS:
- Mirror Display: Click the Apple logo, go to "System Preferences" > "Displays". In the "Display Arrangement" tab, check the "Mirror Displays" option. Users can also choose to show mirroring options in the menu bar for easier access.
- Extend Display: Click the Apple logo, go to "System Preferences" > "Displays". In the "Display Arrangement" tab, uncheck "Mirror Displays". The arrangement of displays can be customized by dragging them to the desired position, and the menu bar can be relocated by dragging it to a different display.
The "Color" and "Night Shift" settings are also accessible within the Displays preferences pane.

- Please ensure the USB-C port on your Smartphone/Tablet/Laptop supports the DisplayPort (DP) Alternate Mode feature before purchase, as your PC will not output any video content otherwise.
- For 4Kx2K@60Hz video display, please confirm that your PC supports DisplayPort (DP) v1.4 (HBR3).
- For optimal compatibility with MacBooks, it is recommended to update your macOS to Catalina (10.15.1) or a later version.
