Installation
The Greenworks high-pressure soap applicator allows you to use detergent while using your pressure washer for high-pressure cleaning. See Figures 1-3.
Installation Diagram Description
The figures illustrate the assembly and connection of the foam cannon to a pressure washer. The main components are:
- Pressure Washer Spray Wand: The wand from the pressure washer unit.
- Attachment Head: The top part of the foam cannon that connects to the spray wand.
- Detergent Container: The lower part of the foam cannon that holds the detergent solution.
Installation Steps:
- Turn the attachment head counter-clockwise to access the detergent container.
- Hold the detergent container with a firm grip and add detergent.
- Once full, install the attachment head and securely tighten it.
- Using the quick connect coupler, install onto the pressure washer spray wand just as you would with any type of nozzle.
Adjusting the Flow Knob
The amount of detergent in the spray is controlled by the detergent flow knob. See Figure 4.
Flow Adjustment Diagram Description
Figure 4 shows the detergent flow knob and its settings:
- Turn the knob all the way forward to use the detergent at its highest concentration.
- Turn the knob all the way back to spray water only.
WARNING: Do not make adjustments while using the pressure washer. Stop spraying and lock out the trigger before making adjustments. Keep hands away from the nozzle tip when spraying.
NOTE: When pointing the spray wand upward, water may discharge from the sides of the spray wand nozzle. To stop this discharge, point the spray wand downward for five seconds and then resume normal operation.
Maintenance
Before storing, thoroughly rinse the detergent bottle to remove any detergent residue, and allow it to dry completely.
